Summary- Your parents seek the best for you, or so they say, so the only way they can do that is to send you to a camp that will hopefully set you into the right path.

Your pov:

The gravel road continues ahead for a while as you pass countless trees in the specific route your parents had taken. You sat in the back seat of the car, your mind plagued with horrible memories that had happened not so long ago. You continue to look outside before your eyes shift to the cross necklace that was in your hand. A necklace that would supposedly clear you of all your sins.

The car came to a halt and you sit up, taking a small peak at the surroundings that you could already see through the window of the car. You open the door before getting out and taking the opportunity to stretch your legs. You then look around at the camp site that you had seen on the internet.

From where you were, you could only see bushes, a nearby lake and the building ahead. As you turned around, you could hear your father's gruff voice as he took out your bags from the trunk of the car. You then spotted a man walking out of the building with a grin on his face.
"You must be Mr and Mrs Y/l/n." This man extends his arm to both your parents who greet him before his eyes turn towards you.

"Y/n! It's great to meet you, I am Reverend Rogers." He continues to smile at you before he extends his hand towards you. You only give him half a smile before paying your attention to your parents who were still taking a look at the surroundings.
"I'm glad you entrusted us with your daughter. I promise, with our care we'll set her on the right path."
"We?" Your father asks and he only grins before looking back at the house once a tall woman walks out.

"Me and my wife of course." Your eyes dart up to the woman who makes her way to you and an indescribable feeling erupts in your stomach.
"Hello. I'm Mrs Romanoff but you can call me Natasha. You must be y/n right?" The woman looks down at you and you can't help but feel enormed by the woman standing in front of you.

"Um yes." She smiles at you before looking up at your parents.
"Your daughter is in good hands Mr and Mrs Y/l/n, trust us." She gives your shoulder a small squeeze before Reverend Rogers speaks up.
"Right, let's just get your bags and then we'll be off for the tour." He concludes with a clap of his hands before urging you to follow his wife.

She cocks her head to the side, urging you to follow her and you do almost immediately. She leads you into the grand entrance, before leading you over to a large room.
"This is our main hall where our students socialize with one another. We conduct our Bible studies in here sometimes, if the chapel isn't available on certain days."

Your face scans the room where you see a few people sitting in chairs, talking to one another. Two people, a girl and a boy, glance in your direction, before you look away, following the redhead woman through the hall.
"Right and just down here is our kitchen."

The tour goes on where she shows you the chapel, a few rooms that you assumed were classrooms, the backyard which led to a forest, the bathrooms and lastly the dorm rooms.
"Normally we give our new comers a bedroom amongst other learners but unfortunately we don't have enough space so, you my dear will have your very own room." Your bags were already placed on the bed and all that was left was for the search. A search to make sure that you had no contrabands or stuff that would interfere with the process of making you better and holier person or something along those lines.

"Okay, it seems like everything is fine in here." She concludes before closing your bags.
"Now for out rules. I'd like to think our rules are quite simple to adhere to, they are outlined in our pamphlet over there on your table. Have a look at them later. I think it's time for you to say goodbye to your parents." She gave you a bright smile, one that had your stomach fluttering once again and you look away before stepping out of the room with the woman following swift behind you.
