HIS GREEN EYES TRAILED ALONG the different women that surrounded him on the dark couch, but the stare he was giving them was a different kind of stare. He didn't want any of them. He only wanted one person for the first time in his life, and they were all becoming so unbearable to him. The way they joked with him, the way they ran their fingers through his brown hair, the way they batted their eyelashes at him, he just hated it, and it made him so uncomfortable. At that point he wasn't even trying to entertain them neither.

And just as the long haired brunette was about to shoot up from his seat and go somewhere away from all of the older women, he saw a young silver haired man with a smug expression shown against his handsome face, "Hey. Sawyer, is it?"

"What do you want?" Sawyer spat as he eyed the other man infront of him. There was absolutely nothing he hated more than people he deemed 'not on his level' speaking to him as if they knew eachother. He didn't even know this guys name, yet everybody around knew who he was by the back of his head.

The same smug look didn't disappear off of his face, and that caused Sawyer to strain his eyes while he looked him up and down, wondering where this little shit could've came from. His energy was really throwing him off, and he realized he'd never even seen the man anywhere around there. He paused without another word, waiting for the other man to say something, and he watched as he complied. "I just wanted to tell you to stay away from Y/N, that's all."

Freezing up once again, the long haired brunette then pulled his arms from around the women and he sat there, crossing his arms over his chest with his head tilting to the side. Nobody else could've known about Y/N, so he wondered how he did, "Are you fucking stalking me or some shit?"

"Huh? Me..? Stalking you..? Oh, no Sawyer. I'm not one of your little fans, and... I don't swing that way." The silver haired man chuckled before he took another sip out of his dark drink that sat through the glass cup inbetween his slender fingers. Now Sawyer was being triggered, and he couldn't bring himself to say anything. It looked like he'd met his match.

Once he finished taking the quick sip he gulped it down and stared back into the brunette green eyes, the sickening smirk still wiping across his mouth, triggering him some more, "And even if I did, like you, you still wouldn't be my type. But anyway, I'm not here for that. I'm warning you. Stay away from her."

"And if I don't?" Sawyer questioned, that same raspy voice that made everybody else swoon for him clear as day. The silver haired man didn't utter a single word. He just looked him in his eyes with his smile fading while he put his glass back up to his lips, the eye contact never breaking in the process.

Now Sawyer truly couldn't understand if the man across from him was actually trying to flirt just from how hard he was staring, but that wasn't all he was focused on. He was confused as to how this random person approaching him even knew Y/N. It made his blood boil. He thought she was just for him, but it turned out he must've been wrong.

The silence was too loud for the freckled boys ears, he just wanted to know what was going on before he blew up without even knowing what was happening between the silver haired man and him. "How about you speed this up and tell me who you are, huh?"

"My names Zeke. I'm Y/Ns boyfriend, if you didn't know." Sawyer cringed at the random fact Zeke dropped, and it made him clench his jaw. Sure he was covered in women from head to toe, but that didn't mean anything. He only wanted Y/N, so hearing this made him swear he felt every inch of happiness drain his body. That wasn't something he was expecting at all, and it made him feel so horrible on the inside.

Scoffing out at the male, the brunette then rolled his green eyes and tried to stop himself from basically going insane. He'd never connected with someone the way he connected with her, so it made his heart tighten in his chest, and he couldn't help but feel betrayed by her. She didn't even seem like the type to cheat on anyone. "Y/N didn't tell me she had a boyfriend."

Zeke leaned against the couch across from Sawyer and looked off to the side for a split moment, his lips pursing as he did so, "Yeah 'cause she likes to hide me for some reason, but trust me, if you continue speaking with her, there are really going to be some bigger problems..."

Unable to bring himself to utter another word, the long haired male just sat there, his head shaking from side to side as he thought about different memories of the H/C haired woman, his heart still throbbing as he sat there wondering how it all went wrong. His thoughts were snapped back to reality once he heard the familiar voice speak up again, "Do you hear me?"

"Tuh, no one's afraid of you. I could get you jumped by any slut I want in here, so you might as well catch me while I'm alone." He blurted out to the other man, his green eyes narrowing as he watched Zeke sit up in his seat as if he were about to leave.

It was clear Zeke was nothing but a talker, and even if he didn't seem that way, Sawyer wasn't scared of anyone. He'd been through much worse and his ego being above the sky was even more of a reason why.
