She arrived back at her place. She stormed out of her truck and slammed her front door shut. She covered her face and slid down the door, starting to break down. "Why do I love you?" She says to herself. She hears a knock on her door, "Jess, please open up." It's him. She can't talk to him, not now, not ever. She quickly jogs up to her room and turns on her radio. Instantly Paramore fills the room.
She lays down on her bed, trying to clear her mind. All that she can think about is him. His words. Did he actually mean everything he said? All of a sudden she heard clinking noises, almost like rocks hitting a window. She sat up and sure enough rocks were tapping off of her window. She walks over to her window and looks down to see Tj. She opens the window and gives him a frustrated look, "What, are we in some romance novel now? That's pretty cliché." He runs his hand through his hair and lets out a slight chuckle. "Just wanted to talk to you is all." She sighs and walks downstairs to let him in. He instantly engulfs her into a hug. She's surprised at first but starts to hug him back.
"What did you want to talk about?" She asks giving him a confused look. "Jess, I love you and I can't lose you, please. I'm sorry for everything. I'll stop drinking, I'll do anything. Just please don't leave me." He pleads. She starts to blush slightly, "Why are yo-" she cuts him off by cupping his face with her hands and kissing him like she was drowning and he was her air.
