Walking Nightmares

*3rd POV*

It was late at the base, Aiyon was sleeping in his bed, but he was twisting and turning as he was having a nightmare. "Our Zords can't keep this up. The Sproix Beasts are too strong!" The past blue ranger said as he ran over to his teammates. 

"We have to try something different." The past green ranger said. "Listen, it's very risky, but if we use untapped Grid energy to combine the Zords into a new Ultrazord, it might be enough to take them out. Are you with me?" Past Zayto asked.

"Agreed. It's our only choice!" Past Aiyon said nodding. "Yeah!" The past pink ranger said nodding. "Valor, honor, strength and pride." Past Zayto said. "Knights together, side by side!" The past ranger team said as they held their fist together in a circle.

They made a powerful Zord. "Primal Extreme Blast!" They said as they destroyed some of the Sporix Beasts. "Zayto! It's too powerful!" The past black ranger said as the alarm blares. "The Ultrazord's gonna blow!" The past pink ranger warned. "Eject! Eject!" Zayto yelled but in the end only Zayto and Aiyon got away alive.

Aiyon shot away from his nightmare with gasps and pants. He got out of bed and headed to the kitchen, but gasped but calmed down to see Zayto. "Aiyon. Are you okay?" Zayto asked concerned for his friend.

"Just a nightmare. It was the final battle." Aiyon admitted. "The explosion? Our teammates? I have the same one. A lot." Zayto said before walking around his old friend to go back to his room. 

"Zayto. Do you ever thing if we made a different choice that day that our teammates might still be with us?" Aiyon asked his oldest friend. "Hey. We've got to get up early to help Dr. Akana dig up those Dino Keys, remember? Let's get some sleep." Zayto said before walking to his room. Aiyon nods sadly.

*3rd POV*

Mucus was singing to herself happily. She moved quietly. "Everyone's snoozing." She said before giggling. "Which means I can finally find out what the Sporix Machine does!" Mucus said before laughing and running towards the machine happily.

"I assume I just pull this lever." Mucus said before pulling the lever. A lot of noise came from it. "Oh, wow! The smoke! The lights! This is totally funkarific!" Mucus said as disco lights were everywhere. 

"Mucus, no! You turned on the Sporix Machine." Void Knight said running into the room and groaned. "Now it'll make you the coolest person in the world." Void Knight said disappointedly to Mucus.

"That's what it does? I didn't think I could get any cooler. Oh, wait. I can! Yay!" Mucus said as she had a new outfit on. Hengemen began dancing into the room. "She's the queen of boogie. Make your skin crawl." They sang.

"Aw, yeah!" Mucus said watching them. "Mucus, Mucus. She's the baddest of them all." The Hengemen sang. "That's me. I'm cool. Uh, yeah. All right. Check it out. Uh-huh! That's right." Mucus said. 

"Mucus." An echoing voice was heard. "Mucus!" She said. "Mucus! Mucus! Mucus! Mucus!" Slyther said shaking her awake. "Ohh." Mucus said as her eyes opened. "Wake up, slimy!" Slyther said and Mucus looked at him.

"I was having the best dream." Mucus said before yawning. "But Void Knight's coming. Don't let him see you touching his machine!" Slyther said making Mucus look between him and the machine before she quickly let go.

"Yikes! Hey, Master. Random question-- when can we turn on your super-duper awesome machine?" Mucus asked gesturing to the Sporix Machine. Void Knight shoved her with a grunt. "When you fools collect enough Sporix to fill its power meter! Obviously!" Void Knight yelled angrily.
