⪩ ⪨ Rule 3: Payment Payment is requiredbefore the making of your bio. Please do not ask for ex̶c̶e̶p̶t̶i̶ons.
⪩ ⪨ Rule 4: Refunds You can remove the payments only if the team is u̶n̶a̶b̶l̶e to complete your order or if you didn't like the work and are not planning to use it (but if we find you using the bio, you need to follow the payments.)
⪩ ⪨ Rule 5: Deadlines Please be patient and allow the team and the BDs time to complete your bio.
⪩ ⪨ Rule 6: Ownership The bios are solely made by our talented BDs. Please do not claim the bio as your o̶w̶n work.
⪩ ⪨ Rule 7: Communication Please keep the conversationcivil and respectful. Nodr̶a̶ma or n̶e̶g̶a̶t̶i̶v̶i̶t̶y will be tolerated.
⪩ ⪨ Rule 8: Follow BD Rules Each Bio Designer (BD) has their ownpersonal rules and payments. Pleasemake sure to follow them carefully and respect their boundaries.
⪩ ⪨ Rule 9: Credit Where Credit is Due When using your new bio, please give proper credits to the Bio Designer who created it, as well as the Serephina community. A simple mention or shoutout in your bio would be appreciated! Fa̶i̶l̶u̶re to do so may result in strict actions. The case will be passed on to the Royal Court Team.
