The days turned into weeks, and Y/N's confinement became a relentless cycle of despair. The once-bustling city outside felt like a distant world as she lived in her isolated existence, her belly, now unmistakably rounded with Mikey's child, a constant reminder of her entrapment.

Mikey's obsession with Y/N had only deepened. His control over her was total, and he kept a constant watch, ensuring every part of her life was dictated by his will. The walls of their secluded residence bore the marks of their twisted union, and despite the fading influence of Bonten, Mikey's grip on Y/N remained unyielding.

One evening, as Y/N sat by the window, her gaze lost in the blur of lights and shadows outside, Mikey entered the room. His demeanor was dark, his mood evidently soured by the events of the day. He scanned the room with a cold, calculating gaze before turning his attention to Y/N.

"Are you bored, Y/N?" Mikey's voice was icy, his tone devoid of the earlier passion.

Y/N, her patience frayed, looked up and responded with irritation. "Yes."

A cruel smirk spread across Mikey's face. "Well, I'll give you some entertainment then."

He called for one of his associates, and a woman soon entered the room—a prostitute hired for this twisted spectacle. Mikey's eyes gleamed with sadistic pleasure as he addressed the woman. "Pleasure me, infront of my wife. Make sure she understands what real entertainment looks like."

The woman, thrilled with excitement, began her work under Mikey's cruel instructions.

Y/N's eyes filled with horror and disbelief as she watched the scene unfold. Unable to bear the sight, tears streamed down her face, her cries muffled by the oppressive silence of the room.

As Y/N's sobs filled the air, Mikey's rage flared anew. The sight of Y/N's suffering seemed to only heighten his anger. Without a word, he pulled out his gun and shot the woman dead, the shot echoing through the room. Her lifeless body crumpled to the floor, a stark testament to Mikey's cruelty.

With a final, cold glance at Y/N, Mikey turned and left the room, the door slamming shut behind him. The room fell into a heavy silence, broken only by Y/N's anguished sobs. Her spirit felt even more crushed under the weight of Mikey's oppressive control, the luxury of the mansion now a bitter mockery of the freedom she once knew.

The room remained heavy with the stench of death and the remnants of Mikey's cruel display. Y/N's tears had not yet subsided when the door creaked open once more. Kakucho, accompanied by a few of his men, entered the room. Y/N's eyes widened in shock as she recognized him—her childhood friend, now standing in the midst of her nightmare.

Kakucho's gaze was emotionless, his eyes meeting hers with a cold detachment. The contrast between his current demeanor and the warmth of their past was a bitter pill for Y/N to swallow.

"What... what are you doing here?" Y/N's voice trembled as she called out to him, her heart clinging to a glimmer of hope.

Kakucho's expression remained impassive. "I'm part of Bonten now, working under Mikey."

Y/N's mind struggled to grasp the reality of this revelation. She had never imagined that Kakucho, someone she had once considered a friend, would become part of Mikey's world. This dynamic, this connection between Kakuchou and Mikey, was entirely unknown to her.

As Kakucho's men began to clean up the dead body of the woman Mikey had shot, Y/N's despair deepened. She struggled to make sense of her friend's involvement in this horrific situation.

"Please, Kakucho," Y/N pleaded, her voice cracking with desperation. "Help me. Get me out of here."

Kakucho shook his head solemnly. "If I were to help you escape, Mikey would kill us both. I can't risk your life, Y/N."

Her hope crumbled as she listened to his words. "But... you have to do something!"

Kakucho's eyes softened briefly but quickly hardened again. "You need to understand, Y/N. Even though you're suffering, Mikey won't kill you. He might be cruel, but he loves you in his own twisted way. Your only chance of survival is to obey him."

The gravity of Kakucho's words hit Y/N with the force of a sledgehammer. The dynamics of power and loyalty that Kakuchou described were foreign to her, a horrifying reality she had not been prepared for. Her friend's betrayal was as painful as Mikey's cruelty. She felt a profound sense of isolation, trapped between her tormentor's twisted affection and her friend's refusal to help.

Unbeknownst to her, Kakucho had made numerous attempts to aid her since Mikey's abduction. He had tried to find ways to free Y/N, but Sanzu and the Haitani Brothers were always one step ahead of him. Every plan Kakucho devised was thwarted by Mikey's men, who kept a tight watch on Y/N and Kakucho's efforts. When Mikey discovered Kakucho's repeated attempts to undermine his control, he reacted with brutal severity. Kakucho was severely punished and threatened with the most horrific consequences should he dare to interfere again—Mikey vowed to kill Y/N in front of Kakucho if he ever hindered their relationship once more.

As Kakucho and his men left, the weight of their conversation settled heavily upon Y/N's shoulders. The room felt colder and more oppressive than ever, and the flicker of hope she had held onto seemed to fade into the shadows. Her existence now felt even more hopeless, a grim reflection of the torment she was forced to endure under Mikey's reign.
