this is a non-canon mo dao zu shi/cql/the untamed story where the characters of the novel mdzs; originally written by mxtx, will be reacting to their future and alternate selves.

i've read similar stories like this which were either unfinished, deleted or discontinued.

so, i had decided to write one myself. i had initially taken permission from the original author who had actually came up with this idea and after being fully convinced, i decided to write my own version.

so before proceeding with the story, there are a few things that i'd like for everyone to know;

one
   it is a non-canon. which means that majority of the scenes being depicted in this fanfiction will be based on my own imagination and never happened in the original series (both live action and the book)

two
  wei wuxian's appearance is gonna be same even after his resurrection. like in the live action, wei wuxian is gonna have the same body and is gonna wear the mask to hide his identity. how is that gonna be possible? you'll know in the story.

three
   apart from wangxian and xicheng shipper, i'm a hardcore xuexiao shipper. xiao xingchen and xue yang are basically my parents and in this story i'm gonna make major changes for their part of plot.

in this fanfiction, xue yang is gonna be redeemable and is gonna have a better life story with xiao xingchen before the tragedy occurs... (obviously.)

and, if you are someone who favours song lan and a-qing (the blind girl) then this story is not for you. because i personally do not like them and in my story, things are not going to be good for them.

again, xuexiao's story is gonna be completely different from the original series, especially the yi city arc.

four
    in this fanfiction, almost all of the mdzs characters are gonna be redeemable; especially jin guangyao and xue yang. still, there are gonna be exceptions and those are gonna get worst sort of karma.

this fanfiction is completely fictional, based on my own imagination. i am writing it mainly for my own satisfaction.

the characters and main storyline is not owned by me. the credits goes to the rightful owner; the original creator of mdzs, mo xiang tong xiu.

i am only gonna write the reaction and make a few changes in the storyline for my own satisfied plot.
