Broken Hearts..

Reva's POV

I was shocked and worried as I got Shreyansh call. God what just happened please don't let anything happen to him please I prayed. It was 8:00 pm I got and saw my parents were there.

"Reva beta where are you going" Mom asked me

"Mom I've some important thing to do I'll be back soon don't worry bye" I said and left my house got into my car and rushed to the hospital. As I reached hospital I saw Shrey I asked where is Aaryan and how he is and what exactly happened. He told me that Aaryan's car collided with a tree resulting in a injury on his head and left hand fracture but he told me Doctors told them there's nothing to worry. I thanked god and he took to his room I was about to enter into his room but I remembered what  I had done this morning so stopped in the track.

"What happened" Shrey asked 

"Umm nothing I'll just leave I've something to take care of" I gave him a lame excuse

"But Reva he is injured won't you even meet him for five minutes you know na he loves you" Shrey asked me with his puppy eyes I was surprised how did he know about us

"How you know" I asked

"Isn't is obvious the way he cares for you wants to spend time with you even a blind person can see his love for you" Shrey said honestly I was broken but couldn't do anything.

"Shrey you are a nice boy I've always loved you as my younger brother I am leaving can't meet him there are certain things I can't tell you and please don't let him know that I was here" I requested him.

"Reva even I've considered you as my elder sister and I'm confused right now but don't worry I won't tell him anything" he assured me I looked at Aaryan by opening the door just little he had bandage on his head and the left hand was plastered tears fell down my cheeks he was sleeping because of the medicines I wiped my tears and left from there. I reached home and took a cold shower I was heart broken and guilty of breaking his heart but I had to do it for him. I came out of shower and slept without having dinner. After that day I never contacted Aaryan or any of his family members and neither did they he must have told them not to contact me. I was trying to cop up with the situation and started my college I was a masters student my parents had high expectations from me I can't disappoint them I told myself. One day I got done with my lectures and left the classroom when suddenly I felt dizzy and the next moment I fell down I was unconscious. I opened my eyes and saw that Dhruv was standing there talking to the doctor I sat down and Dhruv looked at me . The Doctor left us alone and he came sat on my bed.

"Dhruv why I am here what has happened to me" I asked him

"Reva have you noticed any changes in your body recently" He asked me

I thought for few minutes and said "Umm I feel dizzy often and nauseous too" 

"God Reva being a doctor yourself how couldn't you understand that you are pregnant" He said smiling.

"What I'm Pregnant? " I asked him again

"Yess you are 45 days pregnant dumbo " He said 

I caressed my tummy oh my god I'm going to be a mom it's our bay it's Aaryan's baby. Dhruv dropped me home and told me to tell everything to Aaryan he will understand I agreed to him as now I was not alone I was carrying my child. The next day I got happy I caressed my tummy "Good morning baby today mumma is going to take you to meet your daddy" I said. After getting ready I left home and went to his company as I reached his cabin his PA greeted me good morning and told me that Aaryan is inside. I knocked the door and he said " Come in" I slowly opened the door. He was checking his emails without looking looking up he said " Ya tell me what's there Rohan" he thought that I'm his PA.
