CH:1 " Best friend. " 🚫

Colet's pov:

We're now currently sitting in a dark alleyway while agent Lucky is peacefully sleeping.

I've thought of what i'm going to do and where we're going to stay; then there i've decided to call one of my best friends na tinuring kong kapatid for 13 years.

This person is also one of the people who knows that i'm a secret agent from Mr.Evangelista ; only three people know that i have this kind of job since if many people know about it , criminals might target me.

Phone ringing...

[📱] Oh hello?..

[🐺] Hey! Mikhs i need your help..

[🦊] Sure , what's up?

[🐺] So uh..Can i go to your house? With another agent? May i-oopen up lang ako. Don't worry we won't do anything.

[🦊] Hmm..Sure intayin ko kayo dito!

[🐺] Sige , thank you Mikhs!

I looked back to agent Lucky whose still asleep then i kneel down and stared at her for a couple minutes before i woke her up.

Ang ganda.., w-wait huh!?

I quickly snapped out of my thoughts then i quickly decided to wake her up.

I gently shook her shoulders then after a few seconds wwwshe finally woke up.

" Oh..,hey sorry for falling asleep. " she said in a sleepy voice as she wiped her eyes and fixed her hair.

" Pupunta tayo sa bahay ng kaibigan ko. " i said to her and she just nodded as she stood up from the floor.

" Let's go then , you lead the way. " sabi niya at nagpatuloy na'ko sa paglalakad.

Maloi's pov:

Habang naglalakad kami , she suddenly asked a question which surprised me a little bit.

" Agent Lucky , anong ibig sabihin ni mr.Evangelista na "traydor" ka? Does that mean alam mo yung plano niya? " napahinto ako sa paglalakad at nag-isip ng isasagot.

Tama naman yung sinabi niya , tama na alam ko ang masamang pinaplano ni mr.Evangelista at kasama ako sa inutusan niyang hulihin si agent Cypher but something stopped me.

I don't know why but for me , the thought of her being gone just feels so wrong and what annoys me is that i can't figure out why i'm so afraid of losing her , why i'm afraid to betray her and most of all is that why do i feel so comfortable around her?

" Agent Lucky? " I quickly snapped out of my thoughts when she spoke near infront of my face then i just answered back. " A-ano? " i quickly asked right away after she spoke.

" Di mo pa sinasagot tinanong ko sayo kanina. " she said then i took a deep breath before i answered back.
" To be honest , ayoko din ng plano niya kaya ginawa ko yun and yun din ang dahilan kung bakit sumama ako sa'yo kasi alam ko na balak ka nang patayin ni mr.Evangelista.".

She just smiled softly then she turned around. " Dat pala di'ko na tinanong , yan tuloy nalaman ko may utang pala ako sayo." she said before she started walking again , i just chuckled as i started to catch up to her.

Fast forward - Mikha's house

Colet's pov:

" Mikha Lim!! Buksan mo toh! " i shouted loudly and knocked at the door aggressively. Kanina pa kasi kami nandito , halos 7 minutes na kaya naguumpisa na'kong mainis.

Kainis!! Alam niya namang impatient ako na tao eh!

I turned to look at agent Lucky to spoke to her kasi kanina pa siya nagiintay kasama ko " Pasensya na talaga kay Mikha agent Lucky ha? Minsan kasi may pagkabingi yung babaeng yun e- " i didn't got to finish what i was saying when i saw Mikha and Agent Lucky talking happily.

Tangina, kanina pa'ko katok nang katok yun pala nasa labas na siya!? Tas naguusap pa sila nang wala ako!?

" Ehem.. " i cough mockingly making both of them turn to me then there Mikha realized that i've been calling out for her for the past few minutes.

" Oop- Sorry Colet HAHAHA! I was busy talking with Lucky kasi eh. " she apologizes as i furrowed my eyebrows.

Tangina tinawag pa nga ko sa totoong pangalan ko.

" Colet pala real name mo? " Agent Lucky asked then i nodded as i nodded before i spoke. " Nicolette Vergara. That's my real name."

I think puwede niya nang malaman name ko since hindi na kami agents? Hays bahala na.

We went inside as the scent of fresh lavender spreads around the house.

Ang sarap talaga amuyin ng bahay ni Mikhs, nakakamiss tuloy tumambay dito.

" So..? Ano yung sasabihin mo Cols?" Mikha asked while standing as i sat down on the couch just beside agent Lucky.

I explained everything with Mikha listening intently as agent Lucky is peacefully observing the whole house.

After i explained everything that happened someone suddenly opened the door.

" Babi i'm home na'p- " she stopped talking when she saw us , at first akala ko magagalit siya but instead she smiled brightly and ran towards us.

" Omg! Maloi!! Miss na kita! And sino tong kasama mo? Jowa mo ba toh? " i felt my cheeks burning when she said that then agent Lucky quickly answered back " Ate Aiah naman eh! She's just a friend!"

Maloi? Such a cute name.

" Omg! You're actually here on the right timing! Can you fix a broken recorder? " Maloi asked Aiah with a very bright smile on her face.

" Can i see it? " Aiah asked then Maloi handed the broken recorder to her making Aiah scratch her head.

" Parang medyo matatagalan , but i'll try kaso di'ko lang alam kung pa'no ire-retrieve yung files netoh."

" I can. " Mikha spoke causing Maloi and Aiah to make a very confused face.

" How? " sabay na sabi ni Aiah at Maloi.

" It's easy for someone whose a hacker since elementary. " ,
" Hacker ka!? " sabay ulit na sabi nila Maloi at Aiah.

Mikha just nodded in response with a smirk on her face as she went and opened a room full of computers and holograms.

" Since..When did you have this on our house Mikha. " Aiah asked with a very shocked face.

" Since elementary Aiah , di ko pa sana sasabihin sa'yo but yeah here it is. " Mikha said with a straight face as we all went inside of it.
