"Hey Mase!!" Naomi said smiling widely as she answered the facetime call. "Naomi!! Hiii!! Okay I need to give you a haul." Mason said. He started giving her a haul of all his clothes when he got to a necklace. He almost pulled it out when he realised it was supposed to be a surprise. "And, that's all I got." Mason said. "I love everything. And I am so so excited for this Thursday!! 1 more day!!" Naomi said. "Wait I actually can not wait to see you," Mason said.
"Literally, Im so happy I can't wait. My stomach is doing somersaults." Naomi said. "Okay Naomi. I have to tell you something." Mason said. "Okay wait same. Ladies first though," Naomi said. "Haha. Anyway. You know how they were doing a remake of 10 things I hate about you?" Mason asked. "Oh em gee yes?" Naomi said. "I auditioned for Patrick. Naomi I got the Role!!" Mason said. "Mason shut up!! Actually stop because I auditioned for Kat and I got the role! Mason!" Naomi said. The two quite literally started squealing.
"Bro I'm actually like so freaking excited." Mason said. "Same!! Do you know who the rest of the cast is?" Naomi asked. "No, but I think it'll be released on November first." Mason said. "Wait this Sunday? Omg I can't wait!!" Naomi said.
It was finally the 29th. Thursday. The day that Naomi would be flying out to LA with her twin and her cousins for Mason's halloween party. Naomi was excited because she hadn't seen Mason in months. She was also excited for the party itself. And maybe a little to see Malachi. She and Malachi had been talking ever since the beginning of the week and if Naomi was being honest, she was beginning to gain feelings for the boy.
She felt weird feeling this way because the only time the two have ever interacted in real life was at a kids choice awards in 2017, when she was 10. Even then, it was a really small interaction. So yes it felt weird. But, they had been calling almost every night so it also felt like Naomi has known him for years. Malachi was just so gorgeous. Like hello??
