Love in the shadows (Ishman)

Chapter 7

**First of all , I am sorry readers 😞😭 for not updating my story for so long. My state West Bengal is in a mess. I am also not in a good situation ,The political environment in my hometown is getting worst.

Now come to the story , before starting I want to tell you . This is a complicated love story. It's about how people come and go throughout  someone's life .
I introduced a character Nehal in Ishan's life. His boyfriend from college days . He will come back again in Ishan's life . **

Flashback.....

Ishan was a first-semester ECE student in IICS , top ranking  applied science and engineering institute in India. Lakhs of people sat for entrance examination but few top rankers only got to study here. 

It was a rainy day , Ishan rode his bike and travelled 6 km to the small market near their village. There was only a Xerox and printing shop where people used to go for filling online forms , printing and all . Ishan's heart was beating vigorously . The result of the entrance exam he gave one and half months ago had been announced. He gave the small paper his application number and D.O.B written to the shopkeeper brother , Raj Bhaiya.

He knew Raj Bhaiya from childhood.He was the only one Ishan considered as his family. He got to know Raj , when he came to fill the form here for board examinations. Raj Bhai helped him a lot  many times. He remembered one night when his stepbrother beat him and threw him out of the house just because he asked for some money. Ishan needed 200 rupees more for entrance exam's application fees. He already had the remaining amount. His brother was drunk and beat him badly . Ishan had a type featured cell phone which was his late father's. Ishan's nose was bleeding ,he called Raj bhaiya . Luckily Raj came there for some work. When Ishan informed him , he rushed towards his house. He took Ishan to the clinic. 

Ishan was very depressed. He wanted to be an engineer. But he saw no hope then.

Raj bhaiya asked him what about the entrance exam he called him for.

Ishan told him everything  , he didn't know but somehow he felt like saying everything that bothering him . Maybe because of Raj bhaiya's caring nature. Raj bhaiya pulled his ear and scolded him.

" Silly boy , why didn't you tell me this before?"

Then Raj bhaiya gave the extra amount he needed from his own pocket.Ishan was very ashamed. He told Raj that he will return the money as soon as possible.

Raj smiled and told him .

" No need , you are like my younger brother. Just study hard and crack the exam.Then buy me my favourite sweets.I don't want money."

Ishan didn't know why he cried so hard in front of Raj bhaiya that day . He felt so emotional , felt like he got a new family.

" Ishan what you did." 
His trance broke after hearing Raj bhaiya's voice. Ishan got so afraid. What happened? He did well in the examination.
Is there anything wrong ?
Raj bhaiya looked at him with a stunned face . 

" All India rank 12 ."

What???!!!

Raj bhaiya suddenly shouted in excitement and hugged Ishan .

" Chote , you fucking amazing bastard. My brother is a top ranker . My brother is the best."

Ishan cried hugging Raj bhaiya. He didn't know how to comprehend his happiness.
That day Raj bhaiya didn't let him go home. At that night he and Raj bhaiya cooked mutton to celebrate his victory. Raj bhaiya also bought two bottles of beer but Ishan coughed very badly after taking one sip .It was bitter . So bhaiya finished two bottles alone . Raj bhaiya lived in a small house behind his shop . His parents lived far from the market .
