His butler; forever

Chapter 1

Ciel was turning 18 soon, his marriage with Lizzie had been cut off, she was oddly understanding, she told Ciel she knew he didn't like her like that and she secretly had been looking at someone else for a long time but she was worried that they'd still marry. Ciel was surprised for a split second but told her he was happy for her. After she left Ciel was relieved, that went better than expected, and how on earth was he supposed to explain that if they did wed he'd die in the future because he made a deal with a demon? He was glad he didn't have to.

Ciel made his way back to his office where Sebastian was dusting and straightening a few things out

"How'd she take the news my lord?" Sebastian asked

"Fine" Ciel said without giving much explanation

Sebastian decided not to question his master too much

Ciel sat at his desk and sighed softly looking at the stack of paper work "Sebastian bring me something sweet"

"You'll ruin your appetite young master" Sebastian warned

Ciel shot a small glare at his butler "that's an order"

"Yes my lord" Sebastian bowed he couldn't disobey an order, now could he? He soon left and came back with a small slice of strawberry cake "I made it from scratch yesterday" he informed Ciel

Ciel took a bite, he liked it but didn't show it "it'll do" he enjoyed insulting Sebastian "bring me some tea too, earl grey"

"Right away" Sebastian said, ignoring the insult he knew if Ciel didn't like it he'd probably throw it back at him, he got his master the tea and set it down

As Sebastian set down the tea he felt something cold and wet hit his face, he looked at Ciels amused face and frowned in disapproval but in reality it was nice to see Ciel do something other than frown. He took out his handkerchief and wiped the cake off his face "you shouldn't waist food young master"

"Tsk it was my last bite dog, stop whining" Ciels face went back to neutral and he picked up his tea to take a sip

Sebastian internally made a face but he didn't let it show, he didn't particularly like being called a dog but it wasn't his place to complain

"What are you still doing here Sebastian? Shouldn't you be making dinner?" Ciel asked

"What would you like to eat my lord?" Sebastian asked

"Steak" Ciel responded

Sebastian bowed his head before leaving

After dinner was prepared he went to fetch his master and he opened the door to his office, he noticed right away the earl was shifting uncomfortably, he knew immediately what was wrong, the boy was a late bloomer and this had only happened a few times but it was getting more frequent.

"Dinner is ready my lord" Sebastian said pretending not to notice

"Serve it to me in here" Ciel said

"Of course master" Sebastian he intentionally didn't use the word 'younge' after all Ciel was turning into a man.

Ciel didn't even notice he was too busy trying to hide his problem, he remembered Sebastian teaching him health class, it was extremely embarrassing especially when Sebastian suggested reading romance novels to help figure out his sexuality, he glared at the paperwork in front of him. His thoughts were suddenly interrupted when a plate was placed in front of him, steak, steamed broccoli, and mashed potatoes entered his nose as he inhaled

"Your dinner young master" Sebastian said

Ciel shot a glare at Sebastian and started eating without saying anything

Sebastian had to turn and dust the other side of the room to hide his smirk, his poor master suffering from something natural nearly made him chuckle, he could nearly feel the daggers Ceil was throwing with his eyes

Ciel only ate half of his food before pushing it away "I want a bath"

"Of course my lord" Sebastian went over and took care of the dishes quickly before swiftly going to the bathroom and started the water before returning to Ciel who was already standing up, he managed to hide his problem for now

Sebastian guided Ciel to the bathroom and he closed the door behind them, then started to undress his master as usual

Ciel let him and he watched him closely, he wondered if Sebastian would rub him o-. He blushed darkly, why would he think such a thing?! "Sebastian! I can take it from here! Get out!" He yelled

Sebastian was a little surprised by this sudden outburst but the blush on his master's face told him all he needed to know "are you sure my lord? I know you have trouble with clothing"

"Yes I'm sure! Get out! That's an order!" Ciel yelled, blushing more

Sebastian bowed his head before getting up and leaving, his smirk returning to his face

Ciel quickly finished undressing himself and looked down, damnit! Why couldn't he control this?! He huffed and got some lotion out, he figured it wouldn't hurt to experiment.

Ciel took a lot longer in the bathroom then he normally did and Sebastian knew exactly why, he licked his lips feeling the sin seep out from under the bathroom door, delicious. He did a few chores but would come back to see if the smell was gone and when it finally was he was a bit disappointed. He took a deep breath to control himself he'd have to ask Ciel if he could leave later

After Ciel was done washing himself he rinsed off and got out of the tub, he dried off and wrapped a towel around his waist "Sebastian"

Sebastian opened the door soon after being called, he had seen Ciel like this before but this time a few sinful thoughts crossed his mind. He pushed the thoughts away and he led the way to his masters room. He then got Ciel into his pj's

Ciel laid down and Sebastian covered him up

"Try to get some rest young master, we'll be planning your birthday tomorrow" Sebastian said

"I don't want a party" Ciel responded

"Shall I tell your expecting guests you want to cancel?" Sebastian asked

Ciel sighed "just make it an hour less"

"Yes my lord" Sebastian replied and blew out Ciels candle

"Sebastian?" Ciel looked at Sebastians red eyes that were glowing softly because he was getting hungry, this wasn't a surprise to him though "you know you can take a bite"

"I know my lord but you need your strength, I can wait until after the party" Sebastian said, he had only taken blood from Ciel a few times but those were emergencies, this offer seemed different but Sebastian couldn't figure out why

"Very well... Will you stay until I fall asleep?" Ciel asked

"Of course master" Sebastian sat on the opposite side of the bed and watched Ciel

Ciel finally caught on to what Sebastian was calling him "still call me young" he ordered

"Yes young master" Sebastian replied

"Good dog" Ciel said before turning away slowly falling asleep

Once Sebastian was sure the earl was asleep he got up and went to attend other duties
