Chapter 2

Sebastian let his master sleep in a little later than normal, he knew Ciel would be tired later if he didn't. He soon had to open the blinds though "it's time to wake up young master"

Ciel groaned softly and turned away from the light "five more minutes" he said tiredly

"You've already slept in my lord" Sebastian said as he pushed the blankets off the earl

Ciel made a soft whine of protest before rubbing his eyes and looking at Sebastian "fine"

Sebastian helped Ciel sit up and he started unbuttoning Ciels night shirt

Ciel watched Sebastian and let him change him "is there any order you wouldn't follow?" He asked

Sebastian glanced up at Ciels eyes but didn't stop putting the clothes onto him "there's one order I cannot fulfill" he said

"What's that?" Ciel asked

"To die" Sebastian answered

Ciel rolled his eyes "is that all?"

"Yes, I can and will fulfill anything else you ask of me, any dark desire" Sebastian responded, while finishing dressing his master

Ciel took this into consideration and another question came to mind "you can change your form can't you?"

"Of course, would you like me to?" Sebastian asked

"I order you to change into a girl" Ciel was curious about what Sebastian would look like

"Yes my lord" Sebastian stood up and took a step back, blackness and feathers filled the room

Ciel had seen Sebastian do this before and he watched his red eyes

Once the transformation was complete everything went back to normal, well almost. (Look at the picture above)

Ciel snorted when he seen Sebastian and he let out a little giggle

Sebastian couldn't help but smile "I'm glad I could entertain you my lord" his voice was even different

That just made Ciel crack up more before he calmed "you can change back now"

After Sebastian changed back he led Ciel to the dining room table and gave him breakfast

Ciel ate a little bit but he lost his appetite remembering they had to plan his birthday, he sighed and got up "let's get this over with" he walked to his office and sat at his desk

Sebastian took care of the dishes before quickly following Ciel and got the event plans spread out, he changed the time as per Ciel request

They went over the decorations and Ciels outfit, it was a lot lighter color then Ciel would have liked but he decided it was better to wear it then have to get a new one

After that they got all the invitations ready and Ciel had to sign them before they went out

It was passed lunch time by the time they finished

"Apologies for the late lunch young master" Sebastian said while setting a plate of food in front of Ciel

Ciel didn't say anything, he ate his lunch in silence and ate most of it before pushing it away

Sebastian was glad Ciel finally ate a meal, but he figured he wouldn't eat much dinner. He took care of the dishes, when he returned Ciel was standing already "young master?"

"I want to take a break, take me to the garden" Ciel ordered

"Yes young master" Sebastian bowed his head before leading Ciel to the garden

Ciel walked around with him before sitting on a bench "sit" he ordered and pointed next to him

Sebastian obeyed and sat down next to his master

"Dog.. bark" Ciel ordered

"Woof" Sebastian replied

Ciel smirked slightly "any dark desire... Even inappropriate ones?" He asked

"Yes young master" Sebastian said, glancing at Ciel, his hunger growing

"You can take a bite, I should recover by the time my birthday comes" Ciel said, rolling up his sleeve

"You have other duties to complete" Sebastian protested

"Drink Sebastian" Ciel said

"Yes my lord" Sebastian said and gently took Ciels arm, raising it to his mouth, just inhaling his scent made his mouth water and his stomach growl, he glanced at Ciels face before biting down and drinking, it wasn't easy controlling himself but he had to, he couldn't kill Ciel. Not yet.

Being drained like this was like a release for Ciel, he didn't realize he kinda liked it until after the last time Sebastian did this, he'd never admit it though.

Feeling his master get sleepy made Sebastian stop and pull away, he gently licked and kissed the spot he bit "let's get you to bed young master"

Ciel hummed in response and he let Sebastian hide the mark and pick him up

After settling Ciel into bed and covering him up Sebastian went and did other duties

~time skip~

When Ciel woke up he felt weak but better, somewhere in the back of his mind he knew that it wasn't a healthy thing to want but he promised himself he wouldn't let it become an addiction. "Sebastian" he whispered

That's all it took to summon the demon and he opened the door quickly after "good evening young master, how are you feeling?"

"Fine. Help me sit up" Ciel said

Sebastian went over and propped Ciel up with pillows "how does a smoothie sound my lord?"

"Make it sweet" Ciel ordered

"Yes young master" Sebastian replied and left. He came back shortly after and gave Ciel a glass full of his smoothie

Ciel sipped on it "Sebastian.. bring me.." he sighed and looked away "bring me a romance novel that includes different preferences"

Sebastian cracked a smile knowing what his master meant "right away my lord" he said before he left. He came back with a few books and laid them out "would you like me to explain what each one contains?"

Ciel looked at the books and nodded

"This one is a straight couple, this one is a gay couple, and this one explains a lot about other types of relationships, sexual and non sexual" Sebastian explained

A light blush came across Ciels face "that'll be all Sebastian"

Sebastian bowed his head and left

Ciel quickly picked up the book that explained other types of relationships and he scanned through it quickly until Teratophilia caught his eye, Sebastian was a type of monster after all.

(Teratophilia refers to the sexual attraction to monsters.)

After taking it into consideration Ciel moved on to the romance novel about the gay couple, he wasn't sure if he was gay or whatever, woman didn't spike his interest, but then again if he really thought about it neither did men. Just Sebastian. Damn that demon, he closed the book, losing interest quickly and gently tossing it back where it was. He sighed and sipped his smoothie again, he pushed his thoughts about the subject away for now and just tried to relax

This was more difficult than it needed to be
