Aunty Ngozi settled into the plush couch in her living room, a warm smile spreading across her face as she gazed at Ifunanya. "My dear, I've been thinking... it's time I told you about my brother Victor."

Ifunanya's curiosity was piqued. She had heard mentions of Aunty Ngozi's family, but never about a brother. She leaned in, her eyes locked on Aunty Ngozi's.

"Victor is my brother," Aunty Ngozi began. "He's a brilliant young man, studying abroad in France. He's kind, handsome, and has a heart of gold."

Ifunanya's interest grew. "What's he studying?"

"Victor is pursuing a degree in fine arts and he's a businesses too. Aunty Ngozi replied, her eyes sparkling with pride. "He's always been passionate about art, just like his mother. And he's doing incredibly well in both, making us all proud."

Ifunanya couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder. She had never met anyone who studied art abroad.

Aunty Ngozi's expression turned serious. "Ifunanya, I've been thinking... you two would make a perfect match. Victor needs a good woman like you in his life, and I know he'll take care of you."

Ifunanya's heart skipped a beat. She hadn't expected this turn in the conversation. Marriage? To someone she'd never met? But Aunty Ngozi's enthusiasm was infectious, and she found herself wanting to know about _ Victor. Ifunanya's heart skipped a beat. She felt a sudden rush of excitement coursing through her veins like a spark of electricity. Her mind began to race with possibilities as she imagined meeting this mysterious stranger, who was now a potential suitor.

Aunty Ngozi's words hung in the air like a promise, filling Ifunanya with anticipation and hope. She couldn't help but wonder what he looked like, what his voice sounded like, and what kind of person he was. The thought of meeting someone new, someone who might be interested in her, made her feel alive and eager.

Ifunanya's eyes widened with excitement as she asked Aunty Ngozi to tell her more, her voice barely above a whisper. She felt like a door had been opened to a new possibility, and she couldn't wait to see what lay beyond.

Ifunanya finished secondary school five years ago with high hopes and dreams of attending university. She had always been an excellent student, and her parents had encouraged her to pursue higher education. However, fate had other plans. Her father lost his job due to company restructuring, and her mother's small business struggled to make ends meet.

Despite her excellent grades, Ifunanya couldn't secure a scholarship or financial aid to attend university. Heartbroken, she put her academic aspirations on hold. Determined to make a living and support her family, Ifunanya enrolled in a hairdressing course. She showed a natural talent for styling and soon became skilled in braiding. She dreamed of opening her own salon one day. However, her parents, worried about her future security, began to pressure her to consider marriage. They believed that marrying a wealthy man would guarantee financial stability and a better life.

Now, at 25, Ifunanya finds herself at a crossroads. She's torn between her own aspirations and the pressure to secure a comfortable future through marriage. The prospect of marrying a rich man like Victor is tempting, but she can't shake off the feeling that she's meant to forge her own path.
