Rebekah Mikaelson arrives at the Mikaelson mansion, worried about her brother Elijah, who isn't answering her calls. Inside, she encounters Hayley, Klaus's pregnant werewolf, and learns that Elijah is missing. Rebekah suspects Klaus is responsible and angrily confronts him. Klaus nonchalantly suggests that Elijah might be resting upstairs and invites Rebekah to search the house. Rebekah then recalls a past incident in 1820 New Orleans, where Klaus cruelly killed her lover, Emil, by throwing him off a balcony, reinforcing the idea that Klaus has always sabotaged her happiness. Back in the present, Rebekah demands to know Elijah's whereabouts, accusing Klaus of his usual manipulative behavior.

"Where is Elijah, Niklaus? What have you done to him?" she demanded, her eyes blazing with fury.

"Calm yourself, Rebekah. Elijah is... resting," Klaus said dismissively, a hint of a smirk playing on his lips.

"Resting? What did you do, dagger him again?" she snapped, her frustration mounting.

"He's perfectly safe. You know I only do what's necessary for our family's survival," Klaus responded, his tone dripping with condescension.

"You mean what's necessary for your control. You've never changed, Klaus. You take and take, destroying everything in your path, including those we care about," Rebekah retorted, her voice shaking with emotion.

Klaus paused, studying Rebekah for a moment before speaking again, this time more seriously.

"There's something you don't know, Rebekah. Something that changes everything," he said quietly.

"What could possibly change the fact that you've always been a monster?" Rebekah shot back, her anger still simmering.

"I have a daughter, Rebekah. Her name is Riya," Klaus revealed, his voice steady.

Rebekah froze, the shock evident in her wide eyes.

"A... daughter?" she asked, disbelief coloring her tone.

"Yes, a daughter. And before you say anything, I didn't know about her until recently. Her mother, Sara, was a witch... and she kept her a secret from me," Klaus explained, his voice tinged with a rare vulnerability.

Rebekah took a step back, trying to process this revelation.

"Niklaus... you have a child? A daughter?" Rebekah repeated, her voice softer, almost incredulous.

"Yes, Rebekah. A daughter. Her name is Riya, and she's out there, unaware of who or what she truly is," Klaus told her, the weight of his words hanging heavily in the air.

Rebekah remained silent, her mind racing as she tried to comprehend the implications of this new reality.

"Does Elijah know?" she finally asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

"He does. And now, so do you," Klaus answered, his expression unreadable.

Rebekah looked at Klaus, the anger and frustration now mixed with confusion and concern.

"What are you going to do, Klaus? What does this mean for her?" Rebekah asked, her voice filled with worry.

"I will protect her, Rebekah. No matter what it takes," Klaus said firmly, a promise in his tone.

Klaus' phone starts buzzing. He checks it, stands, and moves to leave.

"Where are you going?" Rebekah asked.

"It appears the night is not quite over, yet. I'm off for another drink with Marcel," Klaus said.

"Elijah told me about your plan to take apart Marcel's empire piece by piece. I don't remember it involving you two drinking New Orleans dry together," Rebekah told him.
