From the Perspective of Grian

8:57 AM

I wake up from my bed, only really half awake. A noise from my phone rings, a message from my Friend Scott. "Hey, wanna come to my party tonight?" the text says. I mean, I don't really have anything going on tonight, so I might aswell.

"Sure, I'm Free Tonight." I reply to him.

"K, See you at the party!" He replies. I get up from my bed and do my basic morning routine, have a shower, wash my hair, brush my teeth, and finally make my way to my local café.

I walk over to counter to a brown haired employee, with a streak of dyed green in his hair. "Hi, can I get an Iced Matcha Latte?" I said to the man. The man let out a massive sigh, and walked over to make my latte. He finishes the latte and puts it on the counter, the name of the cup saying "Grain". He spelt my name wrong, but I don't expect much from someone working minimum wage for 8 hours. I give him my money and walk over to a table until a man walked into me.

The man spilt all his coffee on me, and it was burning hot. I look up and see someone with golden brown hair, with emerald eyes. I wasn't mad persay, but that doesn't distract from the fact that now there was flaring espresso all over my sweater. "Oh my gosh, Sorry!" the man says, I'm extremely pissed off, but I don't want to seem rude.

"It's fine, don't worry, I have other sweaters anyways." It was not fine, it was my favorite sweater. "Here's some money to pay for another coffee." I gave him some money, this café doesn't do refunds, It was the least I could do.

I sit down at the table I tried to get to, my original goal before getting distracted by the man. I was a bit shaken, a mix between my coffee and why I acted really mad, or I guess I wasn't mad because I wasn't rude, but in my head I was mad, and maybe I shouldn't of given away my money, but maybe he deserved it or-

"Hey, thanks for the money! I barely have enough to get through the week." The man walked past me, and smiled.

"Y-you're welcome." I said, I guess he wasn't mad. I finished my coffee, nervous from the situation and walked back home.
