Jagdeshwar and Karma who were God Incarnated, lived in Vijaynagar village. The village began to prosper, so now they advised the villagers to create a kingdom, a democratic kingdom, where the people would feel secure. When a few months ago, they fought against the demons, there were a few villages nearby that were mauled by the demons, so Jagdeshwar and Karma advised them to help those villages and create a kingdom so they would feel secure. The people of Vijaynagar had their relatives and friends living in those villages, so it was an excellent opportunity for building old bonds, and relationships, thus creating a strong kingdom.
These nearby villages were navigable via rivers and roads. Jagdeshwar and Karma too accompanied them. Those villages had no name, as these were small tribal villages. There were thirty-three villages in the neighbourhood of Vijaynagar, situated among forests, and mountain ranges. In the north, near the snow-clad mountains, valleys, and dense forests, there were twenty-seven villages, and then, to the northwest, among the desert, dry rocky mountains, and dry valleys, there were nineteen villages. To the west, there were fifty-seven villages, among the forests, and near the sea coast, and to the south, there were seventy-four villages, among the forests, and near the sea coast.
