Y/N was walking home from the doctors after getting diagnosed with a disease that cant be cured and will kill him in less than 3 months. Once he got home his apartment felt cold. Y/N Walked in and sat on his couch not knowing what to do. After sitting there he would feel his stomach rumble standing up he walks to the fridge and pulls out some ingredients for a simple breakfast dish even if it would be dinner time. once Y/N plates the food he sits at his table and takes a bite.Washing the dishes after eating he lays down in his bed turning off his alarms for Monday on his phone deciding to skip the next day of school. The next day Y/N Doesn't do anything that day other than the essentials. he does the same the next day and the day after that. As the doctor predicted Y/N Stared to lose his appetite around day four and started showing other symptoms like puking up blood and fatigue.
Y/N Could barely walk as is but after a week and a half of not showing up to school and not responding to calls and messages he heard a knock at his door. Weekly standing from the couch and turning off the TV he slowly makes his way to the door once there he opens it to see the student council president standing there with the SC VP as well.

"What can I do for you on this fine evening Sona and tsubaki"Y/N Says using the door for support
"Are you okay" Sona Says in concern Looking at you as you are barely able to stand
"Sure I'm fine and- BlEcHHhhH" Y/N Says spitting up some blood and almost passing out But Sona grabs you and walks you inside to the couch
"Tsubaki Call an ambulance for him quickly."Sona says setting you down
"Yes Sona" Tsubaki says walking away
"Wait you don't need to" You say trying to get up but Sona stops you " There isn't anything a hospital can do for me" You say spitting up some more blood from the extra movement
"What do you mean Y/N You are spitting blood" Sona says
"What i have can't be cured and I hate hospitals. And they can't make it easier so I would rather die at home in peace and join my family that died shortly after I was born."You say sitting back
"Tsubaki you can put the phone down he wont go even if we try to force him" Sona says Seeing your determination to stay" Let us at least help you get comfortable" Sona says looking at you and before even letting you reply she walks to the kitchen and opens the fridge noticing a lack of anything that was still usable.
"You really don't need to do that. I don't have an appetite to eat anything" You say reaching for the remote to have some form of entertainment but suddenly tsubaki grabs it and pushes you back before you can react
"Stay there before I make you stay there" Tsubaki says in a kind but dominant tone after a few seconds she has you the remote before seeing Sona wave her over Walking to Sona she says in a whispering tone "What do we do now Sona he is just waiting to die"
"I don't know but for now do you mind to go get some food since he definitely hasn't eaten in a while just from the look of him."Sona says with Tsubaki nodding
"Text me what you want me to get" Tsubaki says walking out of the door and shutting it
Noticing Tsubaki leaves and Sona enter the living room" where is she off to" You say weakly feeling like the doctors gave a late date
"You probably haven't eaten in a few days so I asked her to pick up some stuff for soap"She says sitting in the chair across from you
