Meet me at sunset by the city gates. Diluc had whispered to Crystal, before she left Angel Share. Crystal agreed to meet him there.
As the sunset approached, Crystal made her way to the city gates. She could see Diluc standing against the gates, waiting for her, the setting sun reflecting off his red hair.
You're here. Diluc said with a smile.... And so Crystal and Diluc began their first date in the sunset.
Diluc is leaning against one of the towering city walls, his red hair lit by the waning sun. As she approaches, he turns to greet her, his expression open and welcoming.
Crystal.
His voice is deep and warm, a hint of something deeper beneath his reserved exterior. He offers her his arm, a gallant gesture from a more refined era, yet strangely fitting in the moment.Shall we? I have a lovely spot in mind, overlooking the mountains. A perfect way to start the evening.
Of course...Crystal takes his arm as they walk.
Together, they wander through the cobblestone streets of Mondstadt, the warm glow of the sunset painting the city in shades of gold. Diluc leads her to a quiet terrace just outside the city, a place he often visits to think and escape the demands of his duty.
Here we are.
The view from here is breathtaking, a sweeping vista of Mondstadt's rolling hills and vineyards.
He pauses, turning towards her, a small, enigmatic smile on his face.
His voice is tinged with curiosity.Diluc...its breathtaking!Crystal smiles calmly looking at him.
Diluc's gaze meets Crystal's, his eyes softening for a moment as he watches the light play on her features. His usually stoic demeanor cracks ever so slightly, replaced with a look of genuine admiration.
His hand moves as if wanting to reach for hers, but he hesitates, keeping the moment suspended between them.
He clears his throat, his voice almost a murmur.
You're beautiful in this light, Crystal. More than the view, more than the sunset...Thank you Diluc...Crystal says,a blush evident on her cheeks.
A small, rare smile brightens Diluc's features at her blush, the sight somehow endearing.
He looks back at the landscape, a soft exhale escaping him.
I don't often share this place with anyone. But... with you, it feels right.
His gaze drifts back to her, the last rays of the sun catching in his fiery red hair.
He tilts his head slightly, his expression open and honest.
Do you believe in fate, Crystal? That maybe... some encounters are more than chance.I do...i do believe in fate.No person is sent to you by accident.Crystal says warmly.
Diluc's smile deepens at her words, his eyes holding a gentle warmth.
He steps a bit closer, his gaze unwavering, his voice a soft murmur.
Perhaps tonight is one more piece in the tapestry of fate. And I'm starting to think that our paths are meant to intertwine... much like the colors of a sunset.
He leans in, brushing a stray strand of hair from her face, the gesture intimate yet tender.Diluc's expression mirrors hers, a moment of understanding passing between them.
Crystal...
His voice is barely above a whisper, his hand cupping her cheek, a silent question in his gaze.
May I?
He leans in slowly, the distance between them vanishing like the final rays of the sunset.
The world around them fades, everything reduced to this fragile moment, this shared breath.
And then... his lips brush against hers in a hesitant, yet tender kiss.
