CHAPTER THREE - IN PERSON

Riley's POV

The alarm clock rang through out my bedroom, I turned at off and rubbed my eyes, today was the day I had to go in and test their new invention, Google, the person, programmed with every single human emotion and has all human qualities needed.

I had to test normal things like, reaction to pain, humour and other normal procedures and to make sure there were no bugs in his system, but, there were some pretty strange tests I had to perform, like, reaction to arousal.

The people at google were an odd bunch of people in my opinion, but I pushed it aside as I got up out of bed to get ready for the day.

I walked into the labs of google and walked up to the project they had been working on. And if i was being honest, it looked pretty cute, they had gotten every detail if it perfectly

I walked up to it "hello" I said as he turned to me "hello" he said as I ticked the box beside 'quick response'. I looked back up at Google "Google, what is your primary objective?" I asked "the primary objective is to answer all questions as quickly as possible" I smiled and ticked 'functioning properly'.

"Secondary objective is to destroy all mankind" I looked up at Google IRL and I wrote a side note saying 'few speaking bugs' I looked back at Google IRL then I thought for a moment "do you know who I am Google?" I asked as he looked at me, his eyes scanning my face "Reily Parker, eighteen years, 5'3" and you live alone" Google said to me, I smiled and clapped "good summary" I said as looked at Google IRL "your welcome Ms. Parker" he said to me.

For a moment, it felt like I was talking to a real person, I didn't feel so alone, this prototype that sat on the lab table, made me feel different "are you okay?" Google asked me "I'm fine" I looked at the clip board and ticked 'Emotions and humanity' I was about to walk away when I felt something grab my hand "don't leave" I heard its voice say, I placed the clipboard down "I'm just going to the bathroom" I said as he let go of me, I walked to the nearest bathroom.
