Author's POV (●'◡'●)

A week had passed since the grand party at the Shekhawat mansion, but the memories lingered. The night had been a success, bringing together Rajasthan's elite under the magnificent chandeliers of the Shekhawat residence. However, what left the strongest impression wasn't the grandeur or the wealth—it was the brief, unexpected connection between Rajveer Singh Shekhawat and Advika Rathore.

The morning sun streamed through the large windows of the Shekhawat mansion, casting a warm glow on the luxurious living room where Rajveer's parents, grandparents, uncle, and aunt were gathered. Conversations floated in the air, centered on a topic that had been on everyone's mind but never explicitly discussed—Rajveer's marriage.

Surbhii Shekhawat Rajveer's grandmother leaned forward, a playful yet determined look in her eyes. "Rajveer is already 28. It's high time we start thinking about his marriage. Ranvijay, what do you think?"

Ranvijay Singh Shekhawat, Rajveer's father, nodded thoughtfully. "I agree, Ma. But it's important that we don't rush into anything. If Rajveer has someone in mind, we should respect his choice."

Amar Singh Shekhawat added in his deep, authoritative voice, "He's our only hope for carrying the Shekhawat legacy forward. We should choose someone who can stand by him, especially given his responsibilities."

Tara Singh Shekhawat  rahveer's chachi ji chimed in with a smile, "Or perhaps he's already chosen someone, and we just don't know it yet."

As they discussed, Rajveer entered the room, his presence immediately commanding attention. He had just returned from his morning workout, his body language exuding confidence and power. He noticed the sudden shift in conversation and raised an eyebrow. "What's this? You all look very serious."

Surbhii was the first to speak. "We were just discussing something important. Rajveer, you're 28 now, and it's time to think about your future. Have you thought about marriage?"

Rajveer's POV

Marriage. The word echoed in my mind, bringing with it an image I wasn't expecting—Advika. The memory of our dance at the party flashed before my eyes. Her innocent yet captivating presence, the way she moved with grace despite her apparent nervousness, the connection I felt when their hands touched—it all came rushing back. But I quickly shook the thought away. She's too young, too naïve for my world, I reminded himself.

I cleared his throat, choosing my words carefully. "I haven't given it much thought. My focus has been on work and the family business."

I know from my answer no one was convinced. But I do not want to drag someone else life in my dark life. "You can't avoid this forever, Rajveer. We all want you to be happy, and marriage is a part of that."

As maa said, I can sense the concern and genuine care for my well-being in her voice . "I understand, Ma. But I need time to think about it. Marriage is a big step, and I don't want to make any decisions hastily."

Author's POV

His family exchanged glances, understanding but also determined not to let the matter drop. Rajveer's father, Ranvijay, placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "Take your time, son. But remember, we're here to support you, whatever you decide."

Rajveer nodded, grateful for their understanding. But as he left the room, the image of Advika still lingered in his thoughts, like a shadow he couldn't quite escape.
