On the 12th hour of the first day of October 1989,
16 women around the world gave birth.
This was unusual only in the fact that none of
these women had been pregnant when the day first began.
Sir Reginald Hargreeves, eccentric billionaire and adventurer,
resolved to locate and adopt as many of the children as possible.
He adopted 7 of those children.
One of the 9 children he didn't adopt, was born in a
small town in Georgia and given the name Janice Alden.
At the age of 14, due to the lack of laws against it, Janice was married off to a wealthy man in the small religious community.
Unfortunately, she passed away during childbirth on her 15th birthday.
But her abilities did not die with her.
