No one loves her, no one cares

she’s slowly drowning in her own tears

The cuts are getting deeper, her sleeves are all stained red

She’s worthless and she’s lonely; she wishes she were dead

She stopped eating a week ago, she’s only bone and skin

But at long last she’s reached her goal : pretty, tall, and thin.

Her friends have given up on her, she drove them all away

Her razors and her blades were the only ones that stayed

Her mother is a nuisance, her dad thinks she’s insane

She’s become numb and emotionless, all she feels is pain

So she packed up all her clothes, threw away all her dolls

She ripped up all her books and took the pictures of the walls

Now at last she’s ready, to leave this wretched place

As she wrote her note her hands trembled and her heart began to race

She opened up a window, looked outside for the very last time

She took a long, slow deep breath preparing for her crime

She walked in the kitchen, and picked up a knife

She kissed her good-bye letter, and ended her life.
