A sharp metallic taste fills your mouth, slowly making you feel uneasy. Grabbing at the blade lodged into your chest, you try prying the object from your body, hoping to be able to fight for a second longer.
"Now why the hell are you even trying?" A faint figure asks as they push the blade deeper, sending a burning pain into your entire body. "Can you not grasp the concept that your feeble life is slowly draining from your unsightly body?"
"N-no," You say as you cough out the blood filling your mouth, straight into the face of the figure, "I might not be even close to the same power as you, or her, but I will still fight until there is no soul left in this body of mine!" Finally grabbing the blade and ripping it from your body. As you do so, you feel your entire nervous system overloading and your body filling with a light sensation of both pain and relief.
"I do not know why you think you will win; I am seldom bested even by the strongest of Magicians and Swordsmen in all of Delia! Where do you get off at even trying to challenge that!" He says slashing the blood off of his already crimson blade. "Like of all the inconceivable things one could conjure in their FEEBLE MINDS!" The body of the figure begins glowing a bright red, showing his rage building up, lighting fire to his surroundings.
"Oh, that can't be good," you let out as you start sprinting towards The Gate in which you came from. "I am tired of every damned thing in this world catching fire!" Finally reaching The Gate, you jump through the teal-shaded, liquid-like magical wall, transporting you back to Fort Lunara, causing you to collapse on the floor, bleeding out and slipping into a coma.
