After that incredible day inside Danjay Yadav's house, I returned to my place...my lil apartment.
My apartment was small...but, I enjoyed being there, offc you gotta enjoy being alone since childhood once you are born as an orphan.
"Darwaja kholo beta." [Open the door child.] A knock on my door. I wondered who could be this; until I could process something...I turned towards the door and said "ji rokiye."[Just wait...I'm coming]
I opened the door and it was none- other than my auspicious Landlord...again for asking of his rent.
"When are you paying off my rents?" My landlord asked ogling over me.
"I'll pay your rent once, I get some money." I replied him offering him some water and a place to sit.
"And when will this golden day happen?" He taunted and paused to sip water from the glass. "I have been hearing to this excuse since 4 months but, not today." He added and again paused to sip water from the glass. "Either pay off the money or leave." He smiled and kept the glass on the table and stood up.
"Uncle, I promise to pay your rent soon...just wait for few days, I just got a case today and as soon as my client would pay the fees, so will I pay your rent." I pleaded.
He didn't respond instead he smiled and went out through the door...I know what exactly this behavior means but, how the hell will I pay him off and I don't want to roam on the streets as a homeless 24 year old.
