IT WAS AWKWARDLY SILENT IN THE CAR AS YOU AND YOUR THREE FIRST YEARS WERE BEING DROVE BY IJICHI. You knew what the mission was about and hoped Sukuna heeded your warning so nothing bad would happen to the boy you, oh so deeply loved, Yuji Itadori.
After a few moments of silence Ijichi spoke up.
"A curse has been spotted at the Eishu Detention Center, it is a new born as some of the prisoners saw a ball of light and soon after a curse was born."
I felt the car stop as we got out. He continued.
"It is to be classified as a special grade."
"Hey, whats the difference between a special grade and all the other grades, what even are the other grades?" Itadori asks innocently.
"Your telling me you don't know that!!" Nobara asked well more like shouted.
"Fine, I shall explain it idiot level." Ijichi said as he pushed his glasses up.
"There is first grade, second grade, third grade, fourth grade and special grade. Just as there is a hierarchy for curses, likewise for sorcerers the reason being to distinguish which sorcerers can fight which curses." He continued
"To fight a fourth grade a wooden bat will be enough;
For a third grade you will probably use a hand gun;
A second grade would use a close call shot gun;
Whilst for a first grade even a tank mat be insufficient;
Finally for a special grade even footing with a carpet bombing of cluster bombs may not land a scratch." He finally finished
"Wow special grades sure are powerful!" Yuji exclaimed
"Why are we being sent on a special grade mission when we're only first years?" Megumi asked with furrowed eyebrows.
"You will often be sent on missions above your capabilities in order to test your strength and ability." He calmly answered.
But he added something that caught all our attentions.
"But please do be careful, its a run or die situation in there. Your only job is to bring in the prisoners that have not already evacuated."
After all was said and done, including Yuji talking to that lady. Ijichi laid out the barroer and it was time for the mission to begin.
From there when Yuji sees the dead body of the man the poor lady described, he was terrified and when he turned his head to look at the other dead bodies and had disgust, pity and sadness written all over his face.
Yuji and Megumi then started bickering on what should be done with the bodies. Nobara then yelled at them to stop and suddenly she fell into the ground. The curse left you and why? Because it felt how much plot armor you had.
Also you had plot armor, if he some how managed to kill you Author-san loves op Y/N's so you'd probably come back to life.
The curse appears in front of the two young sorcerers scaring them and stopping their bickering.
Megumi then realizes that his white divine dog had been killed without him noticing.
"We both need to run." Megumi says in fear hoping Yuji would agree although already knowing Yuji, the answer was pretty obvious. Seeing that Yuji was still in one place his hopes had been crushed, then realizing that he also couldn't move.
It wasn't his determination this time.
It was fear.
Yuji suddenly tries to hit it with the knife 'Slaughter Demon' that his Gojo-sensei had given him. But this only causes Yuji's left hand to be cut and Slaughter Demon broken in half.
Suddenly you felt your feet drop from underneath you and you landed in a dark room. The only light source being a candle that was in the middle of the room.
With that light you saw some one sitting in a chair but you couldn't see who it was being it was dark and their back was faced towards you.
"Hello there." The voice was pleasant but also deep enough to send a shiver down your spine. One thing noticeable was that the voice sounded feminine and familiar.
"You might not remember me..." her voice trailed off
"But I need you to bow." Her pitch suddenly turned from a soft eerie tone to a commanding and oddly scary one. Not in a way that you would feel if you were the victim in a horror movie but as if something would happen, someone would do something to you.
"Who are you?" You were shivering but why let it show?
"Like that it is huh?"
Suddenly you had an extreme headache so sudden, it made you let out a piercing scream and you dropped to the floor on your knees. Your vision turning red.
The headache stopped.
Your heart pounding, you held you head and looked up. The woman was gone.
Your vision coming back you saw Nue crashed into the room and you saw Megumi looking at you with a worried state.
"[Y/N] hang in there your going to be okay." He said in a rushed tone.
Nobara was also there and she was utterly scared to death when seeing you in a position like this. After all in the training you guys had you were probably the strongest. If she had to choose she'd say your the strongest shaman and not their teacher.
You blacked out.
