Monkey D. Luffy stared at the wall in front of him, his hands on his hips as he looked at all of the Wanted bounty posters plastered on it.
He read each one excitedly, since their bounties were very high while also dreaming of the day where he would get his own.
"I didn't know there were so many bounty posters.", Luffy awed.
His pink-haired friend Coby didn't look like he thought of the same things as him.
"There are way worse pirates in the Grand Line. It's terrible."Luffy knew Coby was hesitant about pirates and didn't blame him for that since he had rescued him from one himself.
But Luffy is different. He is different from them.
Now, all he had to do is get inside the marine base and steal the map to the Grand Line.
"Well, only one way I'm going to get inside that base.", Luffy said, looking around. "And it's not on an empty stomach."
He gestured for Coby to follow him amd they went inside a restaurant.

The two were sitting at a table inside the bar.
Coby was eating his food with chopsticks, while Luffy was licking what remained on his plate.
Then, a girl came to them holding a tray with two pastries.
She looked like a young teenager.
She had brown hair that was in a high bun.
She wore baggy, black jeans with an orange top and had a puzzle necklace.
She also had some athletic black shoes. She had a smile on her face as she handed one pastry to Luffy and one pastry to Coby.
Coby was pretty surprised that a little girl was working but didn't show it.
"Oh, uh, we already have our food.""Oh I know. When new people come in our bar i always give them a pastry of mine as a welcoming gift.", she responded with a sweet smile.
She turned to Luffy and ponited at the pastry in front of him. It looked like a slice of pie, but had a skull with bones drawn on top. It looked like a jelly roger.
"This is a slice of meat pie i made this morning."Luffy had never heard of meat pie before and was amazed.
"Meat pie?", he sniffed it and grinned at the girl. "This smells amazing!
And...is that a jelly roger mark?! That looks so cool!"(Btw i know that they are not really considered pastries but idk what to call them.)
"Thanks!", if she was surprised that he liked the skull she didn't show it.
"This is carrot cake.", she turned to Coby. "Don't worry. It doesn't taste like carrots, but more like actual cake."
"Thank you, this looks amazing.", Coby complimented her.
"Thanks, my mother taught me.
She could even lure marines into her traps with the smell of them.""Oh! Was your mother a pirate?", Luffy smiled.
She looked up at Luffy, and he noticed a hint of sadness in her eyes.
"Yeah...", she nodded. "Her and my father...They were the captain and vice-captain of their crew. I spent all of my life on the ocean with them."
He raised an eyebrow, interested.
"Are you a pirate too?""Used to be.", she replied.
"Not much anymore now that they're gone."
