Looking out the one way glass,darkness was already around.I took my phone for the first time at work as i softly pushed the side button and light flashed
It was 9:25pm. like, the day was so hectic. moving nonstop,taking files,replacing everything needed, giving them back.
I haven't even eaten lunch or dinner yet
To think I didn't get to see my real boss today . Well tomorrow is another day.for today,I quickly grab the other files on my desk including my phone and handbag ready to close for the day.
I quickly move to department manager's office. The lady who introduced me earlier to the other workers which I met Sasha very noisy as I am so I kind of think I'll will really like her
"Manager's office "was what was written up the door
As i knocked but no answer from her so i decided to wait a minute . It seems she was on a phone call,I could hear her saying yes boss. Was she talking to the boss like the boss
"You can come in" she screams from inside . I gentle pushed the door as I made my way in
"Ma'am the files you asked me" I keep it on her desk as she crosses check it
"May I live now"
"Sorry you can't" the little joy I had in me suddenly disappearing. maybe my mom was kind of right about me being lazy. Others worked till the next day but it's still 9:00pm and I'm this tired
"Did I do anything wrong? ...like the files?" I asked and she gave me a side smile
"No you didn't...your boss is coming so you have to stay back and make sure this files are signed by him"
Come on can't she do it? Oh yes am his secretary .
I force a smile on my face and kindly took the document and quickly exit the room
I have been waiting for freaky one hour and the boss is no where to be found, my dad has been calling nonstop.where the hell is that man. Am so hungry
"I can't take it anymore...I'll go get something and it"
As I grabbed my phone from the my desk I started running as first as my legs could take.I didn't bother about colliding with anyone but to my surprise, someone was standing like four feet ahead me. I tried stopping but at the rate I was running I collide with the person so hard that I was falling backwards. Trying to grab something to keep me steady, my hands went to the face mask which cut off and I fell down to the cold floor with the mask in my hands
