I walked in slowly as I looked down at my weak dad on the hospital bed. I have never seen my dad in such a situation before.
Most the time, mom did all the sickness while dad did all the loving. but now, how am I going to do this...
I walked closer to the bed and sat on the chair directly next to the bed. Holding my dad's left hand in my, the unleashed tears suddenly went loss as I tried raising my head up to stop the tears.
"Sorry dad.... Am sure you might be feeling a lot of pain right now.... But I assure you..... am gonna do everything in my power to pay for the treatment so the pain can stop ok" i said in a trembling voice.
" I promise you will get out of this really soon... I'll make sure of that"
I lifted his hand closer to my face and gave a kiss

Taking another sip of coffee as I looked through the one side glass wall in my room.........Realizing the beauty of nature. The green and tall trees makes it more attractive, the little sounds produced by birds, the colorful flowers, the cold breeze that blows through and the blue sky made it hard for me to think of anything else but nature.
Like nothing else could ruin the moment, my phone started ringing. Picking it up from the coffee table, i slipped on the phone screen as i answered
" hope you are prepared for the wedding"
Off course, it was the boss sending his comments and this time I couldn't follow to that. Moreover I have a better one

"Hope everything goes smoothly or else you lose the opportunity of being a leader of that project and the company also loses money.... You know what to do and do it best"
