The morning after
Sebastian gets himself ready for the day as usual as he makes everyone breakfast and tea. He made the servants eggs and sausage with breakfast tea. He made his lord blueberry scones with earl grey of course and finally for his wife he made her pancakes with strawberries and powdered sugar with a glass of apple cider, knowing she doesn't like tea as she prefers juices or lemonades instead.
Sebastian rings the bell to the servants courtiers to let them know it's time to wake up. Sebastian first wheels a cart to his lords room and gets him ready for the day with fresh clothes and the morning paper. And of course right after he goes to bring a tray over to his room as just then the servants see him going to his room.
" wonder what he's doing in his room?" Bard asks
" maybe he's feeding one of his cats " finny says
" no no, he brought pancakes and cider. That's not at all like him no it ain't " mey rin says
" last night I heard another voice coming from there says Emily " snake says.
" well we need to find out about this mysterious other person " bard says.
Sebastian enters the room and closes the door placing the tray by the bedside table.
" my love, it's time to wake up " Sebastian says softly
Grell groans not wanting to wake up but gets up as soon as the child within her kicks wanting to eat.
Grell stretches then looks at the food " how did you know I was craving pancakes?"
Sebastian smiles and laughs softly " I'm a demon love I can sense everything about you and our daughter "
" daughter? We're having a girl?!"
" oh right you didn't know maybe I should've asked you first, my apologies love " Sebastian says
" i don't care about that, I'm just so happy. We're having a baby girl " grell says and places her hands on her expanding stomach.
Sebastian kneels down and lightly kisses the top of her belly " she'll be strong that's for sure. Hell possibly stronger then me "
" i wouldn't want it any other way" grell says softly
" well i should get going love but if you want to roam around the manor you can " Sebastian says standing up
Grell nods
Sebastian smiles then leaves the room to go back to his duties.
The servants went back to work as grell later comes out in a red maternity dress and walks out to the garden to get some fresh air
Grell sits on a stone bench right by the rose bushes and right by the kitchen.
Finny was the first to spot grell as he ran inside " bard! Mey rin! Snake! There's a red head outside!"
They all look out the window
Bard whistles " damn, she's a beaut "
" bard! Learn your manners! She's clearly taken for! Look closer she's pregnant " mey rin says
The servants kept looking out the window to the point they didn't notice Sebastian enter the kitchen
" what is going on in here?" Sebastian asks
" ahh sir!!" The servants jolted back
Sebastian sighs " tell me what's going on this instant "
" uh uh I just saw a woman outside the garden so I came to tell the others " finny says
" woman? Oh you mean grell "
" grell? You mean the clumsy butler from 5 years ago?" Bard asks
" yes, she was that butler but she isn't what she seems. She's different but please respect her. She is our guest and a new edition to the estate " Sebastian says
" why is that says Oscar " snake says
" because believe or not she is my new wife and she's expecting my first child "
.......
" WHAT?!?!?!?!!?!? " the servants shout in question
" ho ho " tanka says sipping his green tea ( yes he's still alive )
Sebastian sighs " keep it down, i don't want grell to get upset, this pregnancy is hard on her body and she's due in a few weeks "
" oh my! We'd love to help yes we would!" Mey rin says
The others nod
" well i guess there are some things you can help with, bard since i will have to help grell recover and i need to be by her side at all times I need you to cook and not blow anything up, got it? No flamethrower. No cannons. Nothing understood?"
" you can count on me " bard says
" mey rin i need you to help clean everything especially the blankets and sheets for when the baby comes "
" got it!" Mey rin says
" snake, finny you two will be in charge of helping the lord if he needs it "
" ok!" Finny says as snake nods
" good "
