Saying Goodbye

Smurfette POV

When we got into the village, we were greeted by darkness.

"It appears that everyone is asleep," Brainy said. "We should get some rest. We deserved it,"

"What should we do in the morning?" Clumsy asked.

"Since our dimension is now safe, I think we should return to our home dimension," Poppy said. "The only problem is, is that we don't know where Rhonda is and there is no lightning,"

"We'll talk to Papa Smurf in the morning," I said. "Let's get some sleep."  

We walked towards our mushroom houses and slept.

In the morning, We went to the benches for breakfast. We saw that the other smus were there. Most of them looked shocked to see us.

"So, how did it go?" Papa Smurf asked, walking towards us. "You took a long time,"

"It went well," Hefty said. "We stopped Gargamel. The Trolls' dimension is safe,"

"Do you think you can find their beige and red striped Armadillo Bus Rhonda and use a spell to create lightning to send them home?" I asked.

"I think I have a spell, but about this beige and red striped Armadillo Bus, we will need to search outside the village to find it," Papa Smurf said.

"Did you say 'beige and red striped Armadillo Bus'?" Farmer Smurf asked, standing up from the table.

"Yes, Farmer," Papa Smurf said. "What about it?" "Honestly, I think your beige and red striped Armadillo Bus might be with me,"

"Really?" John Dory asked. "Lead the way," Farmer lead us into his field behind his barn that was near his house.

He opened the fence gate, and inside we saw his snails. Behind them was surprisingly, the Trolls' beige and red striped Armadillo Bus, Rhonda.

"I found him while I was taking my snails on a walk," Farmer said. "He seemed lonely, so I took him in,"

"Thanks for finding him," Spruce said. "Now we have a chance to go home,"

"But not before a feast this afternoon," Papa Smurf said. "To celebrate our victory," "We already thought of that during our journey," Floyd said. "In addition to us performing for you,"

"You can perform?" Papa Smurf asked.

"Yeah," Floyd said. "Me and my brothers are in a band called BroZone with Poppy and Viva,"

"Then it's settled," I said. "We have a feast in two hours while watching BroZone's performance,"

"I'll go and ask Chef to start cooking right away," Papa Smurf said. "The rest of you, start preparing for it. We need decorations, a stage, and the Smurf Band for music,"

"Yes, Papa," Hefty said. "It will be done." Once he had left, we decided to split up. Hefty went to bring all the tables and benches together, Clumsy went to get the decorations, Brainy went to get the Smurf Band, and I went to get Handy to build a stage while the trolls went to rehearse.

I went to his house, but he wasn't there. Handy must be in his workshop. Once I entered, I found him near a blueprint, designing something.

"Handy, I need your help," I said. This caused him to look at me.

"Yeah, what's up?" He asked.

"We just came back from our journey of defeating Gargamel again and stopping him from entering another dimension," I explained. "To celebrate, Papa wants to host a feast, and we need you to build a stage for BroZone's performance,"

"BroZone?" Handy asked.

"You know the Trolls that came to our village?" I asked. "Well, they are actually a band in their world, and they want to perform for us,"

"Yeah, I head about them from Reporter," Handy said. "I'll get to work," And with that, he began to work on a blueprint for the stage.

I smiled. This feast will be fun.

Two hours of preparation, we were finally done. There was a stage in front of a long table. Behind the table was an extremely big table with lots of food that Chef had made.

Then the feast started. We had a toast and then ate lots of food while BroZone performed for us.

The feast lasted for 3 hours, and by the time we were done, there was a mess. We decided to clean it up after the Trolls had left.

But I got to admit, It has been a while since I've seen Papa Smurf, so I decided to look for him.

Eventually, I found him in his lab. We was looking through his spellbook.

"Hey, Papa," I said. "What are you doing?" "I am trying to find a spell that will create lightning to send the Trolls back to their dimension," Papa explained. After a while of flipping pages, it seemed like he found the right spell.

"It seems that all I have to do is say the spell and point at the place where I want the lightning to land," Papa said. "Smurfette, Please tell the trolls this to meet me outside of Smurf Village and then it's time for them to return to their universe," 

I nodded, then dashed off to find the others. Eventually, I found them having a discussion while petting Rhonda.

"Hey guys," I said. "I've got good news. Papa has found a spell to create Lightning so you have a chance to return to your universe. He wants to meet you outside of Smurf Village,"

"That's perfect," Poppy said. "Let's go," We walked towards the edge of the village, where we saw Papa Smurf. He was holding his spellbook.

"Well, I guess it's time to say goodbye," Hefty said.

"If you need any help, just call us with this," Brainy said giving them a device. "My Smurf Talkie should beable to let is communicate from seperate dimensions," "Thanks, Brainy," Branch said, taking the device and handing it to Poppy.

"It was nice of you to help us save our universe from an enemy we know nothing of," Viva said.

"We face him all the time," Clumsy said.

We waved to them as they got into Rhonda, closing the door behind them. Soon enough, It went into a very quick pace.

"Alright, Papa," I said. "Hit it!"

"Lightning, lightning, I need your bolt," Papa chanted, trying to point onto Rhonda. "Lend us your volt," 

Since they were moving, Papa missed a few times, so he had to try again. Eventually, the lightning bolt hit Rhonda, who shook a little. Like Clumsy has said when they entered our universe, when the bolt was gone, they were gone.

"I'm going to miss those trolls," Hefty said. "I loved their performance,"

"Now what we do?" I asked.

"Now, you help the others clean up the mess," Papa ordered. We looked back towards the village and saw the mess that was still there. 

We groaned. Well, it was nice while it lasted.
