My days..?

New beginning

Ok so look, hi..it's been months. I mean it's not like anyone really cares. Besides that nothing has really changed. My motivation levels have been going up and down as usual. At this time I've been feeling very motivated. I've been having a consistent schedule. I've been wanting to update this "book" for over a month but I haven't done it. I'm not sure why though.

Well anyway, on the 23rd I start school, I'm not sure why it's on a Friday but it's whatever. I personally think it's stupid, but I can't do anything about it. But on the bright side, I'm officially a junior😛.

Let's talk about what I think about my schedule for this year. First I have morning Advisory. I'm not very thrilled about that, I got a new advisor this year- so I have to get use to her. My old Advisor left for some reason, I'm sad he left ngl. We were best buddies. Moving on, first period I have Biology. I think I'll prefer bio over chemistry. I also think having biology for the first class of the day is crazy.

Then after I have Honors English 3, I'm not very thrilled about that either. In my opinion English class is boring, but my new advisor will be teaching that class so I guess it'll be ok.

Then 3rd period I have yearbook. Now don't get me wrong learning how to operate a camera would be cool but our school doesn't take pictures that often so I'd just be in yearbook doing nothing. Yes doing nothing for a whole 56mins would be amazing but I rather do something that will pass the time. So with that being said, I'll be changing yearbook for a engineering class. I personally take interest in engineering, so I rather be in a class that actually has my interest.

4th period is Honors Algebra 2. I love math but people say that this specific teacher will teach the lesson once and move on. Like if you don't get it the first time you're screwed or if you're not there for that day- you're screwed. I'm not sure how true that is but I'm not looking forward to that class, even tho math is my favorite subject. Wish me luck because I might need it.

For 5th period I have Spanish 1. Don't get me wrong, learning Spanish is cool and all but the only language learning course my school has is Spanish. Plus it mandatory so I HAVE to take it. Im currently trying to learn Italian. Spanish and Italian share words, so like it made me think learning Spanish right now wouldn't be so bad. I'm technically being forced to learn Spanish. I was planning to learn it eventually but just not right now. I hope I won't fail miserably in that class though. I should be ok though, I know a bit of Spanish.

For my 6th period I have A.P U.S History...I'm not at all interested in this class. Yes it's good to learn history about where I'm from but it's just not interesting to me. Yes I could learn it but I'll end up forgetting it the next day. It's even worse that I'm in A.P bc the work is harder. I just hope I'm not screwed.

After that I have Lunch. I only like lunch because I can use that time to work on anything I couldn't finish. I like to do all my work in school so I can go home and do whatever. Besides that, The school food isn't all that good, so I don't care for it that much.

Then after that I have PMA, which is afternoon advisory. Nothing really different from the morning advisory. But on the bright side I finally have a co advisor. Both of my advisors teach classes that I'll have. One teachers English and the other teaches Spanish and the Engineering class I'll be switching to. On Friday I plan to make that change to my schedule right away.

We still dismiss from school at the same time (3:10) and on Friday's 1:30. I am disappointed that they didn't change the dismissal time back to 2:45 everyday. I just don't understand why they changed it from 2:45 to 3:10 and 1:30. They made the school day longer so the classes are longer and the passing period shorter. I really don't understand why. Made all classes (except lunch and advisory) 56 mins (they shorten lunch as well). Then made the passing period 4mins from 10mins, Knowing they got small hallways. To me that was a dumb move, because then if we don't make it to class on time- we get in trouble😐. The teachers should be happy I'm there, not write me up because I'm 30secs-3mins late.

Anyway, it's currently 1:47 Am and I gotta try to get my sleep schedule on track because I go to school tomorrow. Unfortunately tomorrow is Friday, the first day of school. But on the bright side there will be a new ep (or two) of the Kdrama "good partner" the 2024 one. Anyways-Whoever's reading this, I hope you're doing ok. Stay positive, everything will be ok.
