Chapter 3: The Saiyan, the Ninja, the Pirate and the Shinigami

New World Order HQ

In the computer room of The New World order, a young woman in her early twenties walked down the room and approached an elevator. She entered and pressed the button that caused it to go to the top floor and waited.

As the doors closed the elevator travelled up several floors before reaching the top. The doors opened, revealing a room with various stained glass windows that were coloured with different shades of blue. At the far end of the room there was a white curtain with a cyan moon and stars decorated on it. A voice spoke from behind the curtain. "Step forward" The woman did.

The woman had dark blue hair and sapphire coloured eyes. She wore a dark denim blue shirt, a white and cyan military jacket, a white pleated skirt, navy blue tights, turquoise and ivory boots and a blizzard blue headband topped with a white rose. She leaned over and bowed "Great Lord Moon, I am at your service."

The voice from behind the curtain spoke, "Ah Lady Satsuki, how goes the patrols down in New Tokyo." Satsuki stood up. "I have unfortunate news, my lord..." "What is it, Satsuki?" Satsuki cleared her throat "The girl that Prometheus sent Venoms to capture, Lucinda Tulip, has escaped... " The Lord of the Moon, was silent for a few seconds "... Escaped?... ESCAPED!? How could you let her escape!?" Before Satsuki could respond, another voice spoke up. "Prometheus did say that the girl was no longer one of us, she's one of them..."

Satsuki spun on her heels and faced to where the voice came from, out of the elevator stepped a young man with Green hair and Yellow eyes. He wore a dark olive turtle neck sweater, a lime chore coat, juniper coloured trench boots and seafoam green trousers. He bowed and then continued to explain. "The girl that the herd of venoms was supposed to capture somehow awakened some sort of electric purple powers and used them to take out her would be captors."

Lord Moon asked "You're sure of this, Seto Kaiba?" the Duelist nodded. "Prometheus himself told me, your excellency." "I see..."

(Author's note: In case you haven't noticed, for this fanfic I will be using Seto Kaiba's Season 0 counterpart and I will also be using Yugi Muto's, Yami Yugi's, Téa Gardner's, Tristan Taylor's and Joey Wheeler's. I also in this story will be referring Tristan, Joey and Téa to their post-dub names (Hiroto Honda, Katsuya Jonouchi and Anzu Mazaki) I hope you that understand)

Satsuki turned to Kaiba and raised an eyebrow, "Purple electric powers?" she asked. "How did she awaken those?" Kaiba reached towards. "I interviewed the leader of that herd and she told me this." He pulled a piece of paper out and passed it to Satsuki. She took it and read it.

"I saw this with my own eyes. The android shot a laser out of their hand which hit the girl, who was being used as a human shield by one of our members." Satsuki stopped and thought "Used as a human shield by one of our members? How barbaric..." she then continued to read Kaiba's report "Once the laser hit her, it somehow charged her up as if she was a human battery. She then unleashed a purple electric power that she used to knock us out and the she destroyed the boulder blocking the tunnels exit and left with the outcasts."

Satsuki after she finished reading, passed the report back to Kaiba. "Hmm... did she say anything else? Such as something about these electric powers" she asked. "Unfortunately no..." Kaiba answered "I see."

Lord Moon then spoke up "Excellent work, Kaiba and Satsuki. Report to me of any further instances." Satsuki and Kaiba bowed "Yes, sir." They said in unison. With that, the pair left the room and went back to the elevator.

Downtown New Tokyo

Meanwhile outside a Bookstore, Genesis, Lucy, Violet, Goku and Luffy were gathering and waiting for Naruto, who had gone in said Bookstore a few moments ago, to come out. "Do you really think he'll be able to find out what that power I awakened earlier was?" Lucy asked. Genesis turned to their friend and smiled "If Goku trusts him to do so, then I do."
