Chapter 2
Stephanie was getting ready for her first class of the new school year, that is, if she could find her locker. Kyla and Emma already had, so it was just Stephanie and her BFF, Amelia. The had close numbers, so there lockers were not too far away from each other. "234,235,236..." Stephanie counted looking for 245. "Found it!" She yelled. "Shhh! We don't want another talk from Mrs.Tupper again! It might go on our permanent record!" Amelia giggled, mocking Emma is just what they do, behind her back that is.
Soon after Amelia called to Stephanie " steph! Found my locker!" "Who has the locker beside yours?" Stephanie called back, instead of just walking over. Amelia walked over. " that nerdy kid Hannah and that cute boy Tanner." Amelia whispered. Briiiiiing! The bell rang! Amelia hurried off, and Stephanie turned around. " Hi, Locker neighbor." Bryan smiled. Stephanie's heart stopped for a second.
