Luna woke up in the middle of the night and screamed because her left arm suddenly burned like hell. She looked at her arm but couldn't see anything unusual. The door opened and Marie Black, her worried mother, appeared in the frame.
"Are you okay? What happened? Another one of those nightmares or visions?" she asked her daughter.
"No, Mom. I just thought something hit me. That's it" Luna replied, trying to calm her mother down.
The young Black had forgotten that this was the day the soundproofing spell was lifted.
"Soundproof what?" Isaac asked, speaking for the first time since they had been in this room.
"A spell that makes all rooms soundproof. For example, I can scream as loudly as I want in my room and no one outside would hear it. But if something were to happen outside, I would still be able to hear it" Luna explained.
"Exactly. We agreed that this spell would be lifted once a week" Marie added in explanation, while Isaac nodded in understanding.
"Have you tried this yet?" Zoe asked with a mischievous grin, referring to Luna's time with Derek and wondering if they had sex yet.
Luna blushed and shouted indignantly, "No, Zoe!"
"Okay Luna, keep resting. You have to get out of bed in a few hours" said Marie.
Luna nodded in agreement and soon fell asleep again.

After a few hours, Luna had to get up again. She put on grey pants, a black lace top with straps, a matching jacket and her heels to get ready for school.
