The morning sun peeks through the curtains, painting the room in a golden glow. Ishan stirs from his sleep, while Shubman remains lost in his slumber. He rises from his bed, ready to embrace the day. Joy fills his heart as their relationship has finally taken a new path, with feelings laid bare, emotions on full display. The once distant gap between them now seems to have disappeared, or so he believes. A smile grace his face, cheeks blushing slightly as his mind replays last night moments. The memory of Shubman's touch, the warmth of his lips, the realisation that his heart's true desire was this profound connection, a love so deep, all found in one person, his beloved husband. He moves quietly around the room, careful not to disturb Shubman's peaceful slumber.

In the late afternoon, Shubman wakes up feeling unwell, his head pounding and nausea overwhelming him. His mind is foggy, unable to recall the events of previous nights. He spots a drink on the table with note attached, " ye pii lena, hangover me help krega." Rushing to the bathroom, hoping a shower might alleviate his discomfort, he steps in and closes his eyes, letting the water work its magic. Suddenly, a voice echoes in his head, " ishu, baby, I love you so much."  He stumbles back ,heart beating like crazy, anxiety creeps in as he fears the worst. His mind keeps telling him that he made a blunder while he keeps mumbling to himself that it's okay. Amidst the chaos, another memories surface, "please, love me back,"  intensifying his distress. He struggles to calm himself, reassuring that honesty and open conversation are the way forward through this inevitable moment.

Shubman comes out of the shower, readis himself for the impending conversation. Downing the hangover drink swiftly, he makes his way downstairs, steeling himself for what lies ahead. As he walks into the dining area, he notices his parents enjoying their lunch. Taking his seat, he glances around, but Ishan is nowhere to be seen. His mind starts to wander, telling him that it's because of his reckless behaviour, but he swiftly dismisses the thought. In a hushed tone, he asks, " mummy, Ishan kahan hai?"

His mother gives him a puzzled look, her expression hinting at the possibility of his question sounding silly. Nonetheless, she seems to sense his unease and chooses not to probe further. She responds, " study me hai, sessions hote hai iss time".

Shubman heads to study and settles in quietly. Ishan acknowledges him with a nod. Shubman observes him silently, and Ishan senses his gaze, his heart racing, but he regains his composure, still engrossed in the lecture. After thirty minutes, Ishan finishes his lecture and looks at Shubman, who is already staring him. Today, he notices a mix of love, longing, and fear in those eyes. Without a word spoken, they lock eyes, enveloped in a heavy silence. Suddenly, Shubman swiftly pulls Ishan's chair closer, startling him. "Kya hua ?" Ishan asks, avoiding eyes contact.

"Tumhe kuch nhi khna mujh se? Koi sikyat nhi hai?" Shubman asks, his voice breaking a little.

" Sikayat kis baat ki? Meri chhodo , tumhe kuch khna hai?" Ishan questions back.

" Maine toh bol diya kal aur jab tumhe pata lgg hi gya hai toh mai ek baar fir khta hu, I love you, humesa se ," his hand reaches for Ishan's cheek and lingers there.

Ishan close his eyes leaning into the touch. He is so lost in the moment that he feels like he doesn't know how to speak. He wants to say a lot, but his voice fails him. When he remains silent, Shubman moves a little closer, desperation evident in his actions, " Bolo kuch,"  he whispers, " please bolo" he pleads.

Ishan locks eyes with Shubman, seeing tears welling up in those eyes. He takes Shubman's hand , placing it on his heart. Feeling Ishan's heartbeat, Shubman's eyes widen in surprise. Ishan chuckles and says, " Aisa hi hota hai jb tum pass hote ho, aisa lgta hai ki kuch control me nhi hai mere, awaj nhi nikalti. Jab tum mujhe dekhte ho, jab tum mera hath pakadte ho, jab tum mujhe apne hathon se khana khilate ho ...uss hrr ek pal me jab tum mere sath hote ho..mai hrr pal tumhare pyar me pdta hu. Sunn paa rhe ho ye dhadkane, ye vo sb kuch kh rhi hai jo mai kbse khna chahta hu." He cups Shubman's face and declares, "I love you, I love you so so much."
