Neha's POV:

The moment I stepped into the room, my stomach twisted with anxiety. Vikram and Dev were already there, standing beside the large projector screen. I could feel their eyes on me as I approached, but I couldn't bring myself to meet their gaze. My mind was a whirlwind of emotions—fear, guilt, and the overwhelming weight of what I was about to do.

"Remember the rules, Neha," Vikram's voice was firm but not unkind. "You know what's at stake."

I nodded, my throat too tight to speak. The rules were etched into my mind, a strict set of guidelines I had no choice but to follow. One misstep, and the consequences would be dire.

~FLASKBACK -- Earlier at previous night~

Dev moved closer to me our faces a few inch far whispered "There are some rules for our pretty lady.." he smirked and continued "because we know that she is very smart at everything and will make a move to escape from us"

I looked at his eyes and thought how they comes to know my every move before I even do something. Vikram sat beside me the cold breeze in the balcony send me a shiver. "Rules are going to be very simple and you HAVE to follow that" he spoked his hazel eyes are now somewhat looking scary as he had a put a weight on 'Have'.

"Warna aapko toh pata hai jaan your one mistake will have a consequence... Punishment... And this time the punishment won't be that simple and easy love" Dev spoked keeping his hand in my shoulder which I quickly removed.

"Rules will be.... 1) only general question to be asked no more no less,  2) no mention of how you ended up here,  3) telling your mom that you are willingly marrying Vikram Malhotra and Dev Oberoi,  4) not asking or mentioning about your dad,  5) she ofcourse doesn't know anyone's location so don't ask either,  6) asking your mom to join the wedding for blessing,  7) tell your mom that you will stay forever here with Vikram and me as our wife, and last but not the least as important as others,  8) lying your mom that you aren't virgin so your mom would agree to our marriage"

I was listening and trying to remember their so called rules as I don't want to end up messing anything anymore but when he mentioned that I had to lie my mom about my virginity for God sake to get her agreed of our wedding I looked in his eyes in disbelief "What .... I.. I won't do that dev ... She is my mom what will she thinks about me for God sake pleaseee..." I probably sobbing and trying to not let my tear stuck in my throat.

"Shhhh princess stop crying" Vikram said while he approached to caressing my hair and i swiftly moved his hands away. "Did you guys ever thought about me like EVER" I shouted to them.

"These are the rules and remember if you not follow them we will disconnect the call immediately no contacts with your family for two months straight" Vikram spoke while his eyes on the floor huh no courage to look at me.

"Fine" i declared as I want to see my mom atleast before these two Marry me , I wants to know is she is safe or not , I wants to know how is she , I really wanna talk to her.

Dev moved closer, his hand gently resting on my shoulder. "We'll be right here with you the entire time," he murmured. "You're not alone."

That was precisely what terrified me. They would be watching every word I said, every expression I made, ensuring that I didn't deviate from their script. And if I did... I didn't want to think about what might happen.
