Severus Snape stood at the threshold of the Potter house, his heart pounding in his chest as he braced himself for the devastation that awaited him inside. The air was thick with the scent of smoke and sorrow, a chilling reminder of the tragedy that had befallen the once peaceful home.
As Snape stepped over the threshold, his footsteps echoing in the silence, he was greeted by the sight of James Potter lying lifeless on the floor. A wave of dread washed over him as he rushed upstairs, his mind racing with fear and desperation.
Upon reaching the bedroom, Snape's worst fears were realized as he beheld Lily Potter's lifeless form, her red hair splayed around her like a halo of sorrow. Without a second thought, Snape fell to his knees beside her, his hands trembling as he reached out to touch her cold cheek.
"Lily," he whispered, his voice choked with grief. "No, no, no, please-"
Tears welled in Snape's eyes as he gathered Lily's lifeless body in his arms, the weight of his regret pressing down upon him like a heavy shroud. In that moment of profound loss, Snape's heart shattered into a million pieces, the pain of his mistakes cutting deep into his soul.
But amidst the haze of sorrow, a faint sound pierced the air - the cries of two infants, Harry and Navier, their voices carrying the promise of new life amid the ruins of tragedy. Startled from his grief, Snape lifted his head, his eyes locking onto the crib where the twins lay, their tiny forms wracked with sobs.
Rising to his feet with a newfound sense of purpose, Snape approached the crib, his gaze softening as he beheld the vulnerable infants. "Harry, Navier," he murmured, his voice laced with a mixture of sorrow and determination. "You are not alone. I will protect you, I swear it."
With a heavy heart and a steely resolve, Snape cradled the twins in his arms, their cries fading into the background as he prepared to carry them to safety. In that moment of darkness and light, Snape made a silent vow to honor Lily's memory and shield her children from the shadows that loomed on the horizon.
And so, as Severus Snape emerged from the ruins of the Potter house, the weight of grief and regret heavy upon his shoulders, a new chapter in the tale of Harry and Navier Potter began to unfold, their destinies intertwined with magic, love, and the unbreakable bond that would shape their lives in ways they could never have imagined.

As Severus Snape contacted Albus Dumbledore about the Potter twins, a plan was set in motion to ensure their safety. Dumbledore, ever wise and calculated, called upon the loyal and gentle giant, Hagrid, to retrieve Harry and Navier from the ruins of their home and bring them to their new guardians at Privet Drive.
"Severus," Dumbledore's voice echoed through the fireplace, his eyes twinkling with a mixture of concern and determination, "I trust you to keep the twins safe until Hagrid arrives."
Snape nodded solemnly, his gaze fixed on the two infants cradled in his arms. "I will do everything in my power to protect them, Albus."
With a flick of his wand, Dumbledore set the plan in motion, sending Hagrid to fetch the twins from the wreckage of their home. As the half-giant arrived at the Potter house, his heart swelled with a mix of sorrow and resolve at the sight of the infants, Harry and Navier, nestled in Snape's arms.
"Gentle giants, indeed," Snape muttered under his breath as Hagrid carefully cradled the twins, his eyes filled with a mixture of awe and protectiveness.
"Aye, they're precious little ones, they are," Hagrid rumbled, his voice soft and gentle as he gazed down at Harry and Navier. "Don't you worry, Professor Snape, I'll get 'em to Privet Drive safe and sound."
Navigating the winding streets with care and caution, Hagrid's deep voice rumbled through the night air, soothing the infants as they journeyed towards their new home. The gentle giant's presence brought a sense of calm and security to Harry and Navier, their cries gradually giving way to peaceful slumber.

As Hagrid arrived at Privet Drive, cradling Harry and Navier in his massive arms, he was greeted by the sight of Albus Dumbledore and Minerva McGonagall standing at the doorstep, their expressions a mix of concern and relief.
"Ah, Hagrid, you've made it," Dumbledore's voice was calm and reassuring, his eyes twinkling with a hint of sadness. "Thank you for bringing the twins safely."
Hagrid nodded, his heart swelling with a mix of pride and humility at the Headmaster's words. "It's no trouble at all, Professor Dumbledore. Wanted to make sure these little ones got here alright."
Professor McGonagall stepped forward, her stern gaze softened by the sight of the infants in Hagrid's arms. "They're precious, aren't they? We must ensure they are well cared for."
Hagrid's eyes sparkled with unshed tears as he handed Harry and Navier over to Dumbledore and McGonagall, a sense of duty fulfilled washing over him. "Take good care of 'em, will you? They're going to need it."
They stood on the doorstep of Privet Drive, a somber atmosphere hung in the air, their gazes drifting between Harry and Navier, the twins whose destinies were about to diverge.
Dumbledore's voice was gentle yet firm as he spoke, his eyes fixed on Navier cradled in McGonagall's arms. "Minerva, we must make a difficult decision. Navier's fragile health may not fare well in the care of the Dursleys. We must find a safer place for her."
McGonagall nodded in agreement, her expression reflecting the weight of their choice. "I fear you are right, Albus. It pains me to part them, but Navier's well-being must come first."
With a heavy heart, McGonagall turned to Navier, her voice soft and comforting. "Navier, my child, we must take you on a journey to a faraway land, where you will be safe and cared for. Do not fear, you are loved and protected."
Navier's eyes, wide and innocent, met McGonagall's gaze with trust and understanding, as if sensing the gravity of the moment. With a determined nod, McGonagall handed Navier over to Dumbledore, the weight of their decision heavy upon them.
Dumbledore's voice was filled with reassurance as he spoke to Navier. "You will be in good hands, my dear. We are entrusting you to the care of Evelyn Gudgeon, the Headmistress of Ilvermorny. She will watch over you and ensure your safety."
As the decision to separate the twins was made, Dumbledore and McGonagall exchanged a knowing glance, their bond as protectors of the magical world solidified by the difficult choices they had to make.
And so, as Navier was whisked away to America, to the halls of Ilvermorny School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, a new chapter in her story began, filled with challenges, friendships, and the unwavering love of those who had made the ultimate sacrifice to keep her safe. Meanwhile, Harry remained at Privet Drive, unaware of the sister he had been parted from, his own journey about to unfold in ways he could never have imagined.

Hey everyone! How's it going?
This is my second fanfiction, and I decided to write it because I wanted to imagine what it would be like if "I" were in the story as Harry's twin sister. Please bear with me if there are any mistakes—English isn't my first language.
I hope you enjoy it!
