The next morning, Eloise was up by dawn. She decided to take a walk in the now empty streets of Hogsmeade before Draco could wake. She figured, he had slept late after their conversation last night.
Eloise walked out the cabin and shuddered as the cold breeze brushed against her skin.
Eloise came across several shops in Hogsmeade such as, Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occassions, Bonnetvolant Chapellerie, Twilfitt and Tattings and Delfina's Crimp Shop.
She walked into Delfina's Crimp Shop where she found herself a nice long dark forrest green dress that had minimal yet detailed patterns at the hem of the dress with neatly sewn laces. She paired it with a dark velvet cloak, similar to what she had, only this cloak had no large pendant on the clasp and it's length was as long as her dress. She didn't really mind. The shop was empty, so she left her payment on a jar with the label "tips for trips".
Eloise folded her old dress and her cloak and neatly put it in one of the bags of the shop.
She walked out of Delfina's Crimp Shop and made her way back to the cabin, where saw Draco through the cabin's window, reading the Daily Prophet.
As Eloise entered the cabin, Draco didn't look up at her or say anything; he seemed to be fixated on the Daily Prophet. It was probably the latest news on Hogwarts or Dumbledore.
Eloise couldn't be any more interested or bothered by it.
She walked past Draco and picked up the large mug of tea she left on the small table yesterday and set it aside on the counter. She noticed that the atmosphere grew colder than yesterday.
Eloise glanced back at Draco, who's eyebrows were now furrowed as he continued to read the Daily Prophet.
"Right, we must leave." He said abruptly folding the Daily Prophet. "Unfortunately, Granger and Weasley have been caught and are now back in the Manor."
Eloise quirked an eyebrow. "And Potter?"
He stood up slowly and straightened his long black coat. "There's a boy that was captured with Granger and Weasley that needs identifying, which is why we should head back. I believe they'll be expecting us to identify who it could be." he said letting out a low sigh as he walked towards the door.
"Alright." Eloise said following Draco out the cabin.
Draco reached his arm out for Eloise to grab, and they apparated away to Malfoy Manor.
As they arrived outside the front large door of the Manor, one of the house elves of the Manor, Mipsy, who was Narcissa's personal elf, was there expecting them. Her expression was blank.
"Ye two, er late, master." Mipsy said with a glare as she pushed the doors open.
Draco sneered at Mipsy and walked into the Manor without saying a word, Eloise followed right behind him, slow in her tracks. Eloise studied him skeptically from behind as she pulled on her sleeve. She wasn't sure what was going on in his mind. His breathing seemed ragged and uneven.
Eloise and Draco walked into the living room of the Manor, where they found, Lucius, Narcissa, Bellatrix, and several other Death Eaters present.
Bellatrix had a boy on his knees with his head tilted back facing the ceiling, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley were being held by their throats by other Death Eaters. The unidentified boy's jaw was trembling as he glared at Draco and Eloise entering the room.
Eloise felt something in her stomach suddenly drop, thinking back to the initial suspicion she'd had; that having her there in that room was some kind of an advantage or retaliation against Hermione and Ron.
