“WHAT JAMES!” I shouted at him “You know I hate waking up this early,” I said grumpily. I was a night owl, and James was a morning bird.
“OUR HOUSE IS FLYING!” he screamed. At that moment Sirius came running in saying “WE’RE IN THE AIR! THE HOUSE IS IN THE AIR AHHHHHH!” (the drama queen he is).
“You know your prank isn’t going to work on me,” I said. The two, Remus and Peter were the biggest prankers in the hole of Hogwarts. James went over to one of my windows and opened the blind - and we were in the sky! James and Sirius ran out my room screaming. I was shocked that we were in the sky. Then I reminded myself that Sirius is over age he could use magic out of school and James could too.

I got dressed and made my way downstairs.
“Let's have a look outside, shall we?”
“Yes Lyra!” said Sirius.
He stood up, and James stood up with him.
“Let's go then!?” said James, and the two boys went to the front door, and I followed them. The three of us went outside, and the clouds were so fluffy, magical, and mysterious. It was only 6.30am by then, and the sun was rising, and the clouds were amazing colours.

“So, how did you get us up here?” I asked.
“We didn’t!” said the boys.
“Yeah, yeah... whatever,” I said under my breath. Our house looked beautiful in the sunlight.
“I can see the local muggle school from here,” Sirius said.
“Oh yeah, we can” James said.
“Lyra look!” Thinking I was still there
“Lyra?” James said. I had gone round to the back to see if we could get down because I knew I would get blamed and shouted at by our parents, but I had no luck. I heard James screaming and shouting my name, so I ran back.
“Yes James?”
“Thank Godric, you're alright!” James ran up to me and hugged me. James always loved me.
