The garage was eerily silent except for the soft rustling of wind outside. Cassandra, Stu, and Randy stood in a tense standoff beneath Tatum's lifeless body, each of them caught in their own web of fear and accusation.
Randy's face was a mix of shock and anger. "Stu, what the hell is this? Did you do this?"
Stu, sweating and visibly agitated, glared back at Randy. "Me? Are you kidding? You think I'd do this? Look at you, Randy, you're the one who's been acting all kinds of weird!"
"Yeah, right," Randy shot back. "You've been out of it since the beginning. Maybe this is your way of getting rid of witnesses!"
Cassandra, her head spinning with confusion and fear, couldn't take it any longer. "Fuck it!" she screamed over their arguing voices. "We don't know who killed Tatum, but Billy is still alive, and he needs help!"
Both Stu and Randy stopped their arguing, their eyes shifting to Cassandra with a mix of surprise and concern. "What happened to Billy?" Stu asked urgently.
Cassandra's breath was ragged as she explained, "He's upstairs. He's been stabbed. I need to get help for him."
Randy's face twisted with suspicion. "Wait a second. Why should we believe you? Maybe you're just trying to distract us. You're the one who's been flirting with Billy and Stu."
"What?" she asked.
"And Casey.. You could have killed Casey and Steve out of jealousy!" he added.
"What the hell is wrong with you?" Cassandra demanded, her eyes wide with shock and frustration. "You're just pointing fingers at everyone! This is insane!"
Stu looked at Randy, disbelief etched on his face. "Randy, are you out of your mind?"
The argument between Stu and Randy continued to escalate, their voices rising in an angry cacophony. Cassandra's mind raced as she tried to think clearly.
Where was Sidney? Was she in danger too? She'd seen her running from the van..
"Where's Sidney?" Cassandra asked, her voice urgent.
Randy and Stu exchanged glances of panic.
"We don't know," Randy admitted, his voice tinged with fear.
"Maybe she's the killer!" Stu suggested, his eyes darting around nervously.
"No, that doesn't make sense," Randy argued. "She's not the killer."
"Her mom's anniversary is tomorrow. Maybe she snapped. Billy left her for Cass, so she killed Billy. Maybe she killed Tatum because of jealousy or something!"
"That doesn't make sense!" Randy argued.
"It does.. But, we don't know," Cassandra argued. "Let's just find her and get Billy help!"
The three of them scrambled through the yard as they searched for Sidney. Their frantic search led them to the front porch, where they found Sidney standing with Dewey's gun, her clothes stained with blood.
"Sidney!" Cassandra called out, relief and fear mingling in her voice. "We need help-"
Sidney's eyes were cold and unyielding as she pointed the gun at them. "Stop right there!"
"Sidney, no!" Cassandra pleaded, her voice breaking.
Stu held his arm out in front of Cass and pushed her back. "Stay behind me."
Sidney's gaze remained steady as she continued to hold the gun on them. Randy and Stu began to argue again, their voices rising in anger as they blamed each other. Cassandra, feeling the weight of their chaotic situation, realized she needed to find another way into the house.
