12. Run away.

Marjorie pov

It was already morning time and I was dreading having to talk to Autumn and Reece about last night so as soon as I saw Reece was still asleep I got up and got dressed and sneaked downstairs trying not to wake up Autumn who was on the couch and left I called Char so she could put me on anual leave and got in my car and drove a bit and parked in a car park and sent a message to Reece

"Good morning Reece hope you had a good sleep I left to clear my mind don't worry about me and don't look for me. Love you!"

With that I left the car park and started driving to the cemetery stoping on the way to get flowers. When in the cemetery I looked around for my dad tombstone and when there I sat down put the flower and started talking to him about everything and pouring out my heart. After a few hours I left and when into a flower field laying down and looking at the sky and the clouds. Like I used to do with my dad before he died after a while I went to my car and got a hoodie from there and started walking through the park. It was getting late already so I decided to just walk home since I was close o my house and I needed the fresh air so I just kept walking till I had a few blocks left and it started to rain. " just my luck" I said to myself I but my hood on and kept walking till I was home.

When there Reece car was there and Aut I couldn't help put just dread coming in wanting to go back. But with no choice I grab my keys that were in my pocket and opened the house trying not to make any noise. When there I saw Reece and Aut come running over I just took my hoodie of and shoes and put my stuff away.

"Before you too say anything I'm okay I came by foot I waited to get some air and it started raining so that why I'm wet. Now I'm going to take a shower." I said going up the stairs to my room with both of them following me so I grabbed some clothes and went in the shower just letting the hot water hit my body.

When out the bathroom I got dressed in a big T-shirt and some shorts and sat beside a window seeing the rain fall slowly relaxing but still feeling there eyes on me

"Marjorie? Are you not going to tell us about what happened last night and today?" This was said by Autumn in her mono-tune voice I just sighed " in simple words childhood trauma, nightmares, panic attack, day off and distraction" I said still looking out the window.  "Okay know expand on that" Aut said giving me a death stare so I explain everything that happened yesterday and gave a short explanation of me disappearing as they put it. While explaining I never took my eyes of the rain put know I was hugging my legs and resting my head on it. When I finished I felt somebody caressing my back.

"Well then gorgeous im glad your okay but next time be careful you haven't even been gone from the hospital 3 days and your suppose to be resting and taking care of the stitches." Reece said kissing her head while continuing to rub her back I just nodded in response not wanting to continue this conversation. "Did you eat today Marjorie?" Autumn said noticing that I don't want to talk about yesterday and today "mhm no... but I'm not hungry" I say getting up and grabbing my blanket and sitting down again like I was later

Darling you have to eat something" Reece said looking at me. "Reece I said I'm not hungry" I said a little bit tired by that point looking at both of them seeing that Autumn gave Reece a look that he left down and Autumn came close to me just looking with me through the window. A while had passed and I decided to get in the bed and Autumn followed me to the bed.

"Marjorie I know you don't want to talk about it but if you change your mind I'm here for you and Reece is also here for you" Autumn said while I put my head on her shoulder and grabbed her hand a started trace my fingers through it and slowly falling asleep but being awoken by somebody opening the door it was Reece and he came in with some food and with a slight smile " I know you said your not hungry but you have to eat something so you can take the medicine the doctor sent" I just hummed " If you don't eat on your own I will force you to eat it" Autumn said with a smirk giving me no option but to eat and take my medicine and after that we started talking about random things about life till I got a message that took away my smile it was...
