Diagonal Time.

There are reports of multiple blue glowing bubbles appearing over the Chromium Mill Ruins in Montana most people who got close to them vanished and came back a week later slightly older the people who come out look significantly different from strange cybernetic implants to entirely different clothes they describe time going diagonal while in the bubble suggesting that they entered a parallel universe they describe it as having a variety of tech centuries beyond our current technological advancements from mech suits to guns that can turn trash into concentrated energy blasts it is still unknown what has caused this strange occurrence but nobody has come back in pain or concern although some limbs are replaced with stronger cybernetic implants it doesn't seem to cause any pain and they don't regret the replacement and even stranger what ever afflictions they had before they entered the bubble like cancer or depression are completely gone when they escape as if it is also a cure for anything and people who have deformities have come out perfectly normal from facial deformities to missing limbs and those people with cybernetics have been offered a sort of surgery that can hide the cybernetics and contacts for the eye replacements.
