Late that night, after the date, Jake and April went into the farmhouse to spend the night there after their fun night together. But April was feeling extra tired as she went straight to her old bedroom and fell right to sleep. Jake tucked April in under the blanket and sat next to her while rubbing her back and smiling. He was grateful to have had spent a wonderful night with her.
'She's so amazing.' Jake thought to himself as he watched April sleep. 'I wish this night could've lasted longer.'
Jake then yawned as he looked out of the window and up at the stars. "I guess it is pretty late now." He said. "Maybe I should get to bed as well."
Jake then stood up to get ready for bed as well. But as he did, he caught a glimpse outside of the window. And when he did, he saw something moving in the woods.
"What the heck?" Jake said in shock as he took a closer look outside. "Is there someone out there?"
Jake stepped outside to see if there was anyone outside that would be lurking around. But he couldn't see anyone.
He then looked over to a small grave that had the body of Master Splinter buried beneath it. He walked up to it and smiled sadly as he knelt down beside it.
"I think I'm going insane." Jake said. "Sure, tonight was an amazing night, but there's still some doubts in my mind about the future."
Jake sighed as he continued to stare at the gravestone. "What would you tell me if you were still here?" He asked, as if Splinter would answer. "I could really use some wisdom right about now."
Suddenly, there was a faint noise in the background of a s twig snapping. Jake looked back, expecting to see someone. But there was still no one in sight.
He turned back to face the gravestone and sighed. "I swear. . . I really need some sleep." Jake said. "I think I'm so tired that I'm hearing and seeing things."
Suddenly, Jake got a suspicious feeling that someone was walking up to him. And all of that was confirmed when he suddenly felt a hand touch his shoulder.
Not wanting to be attacked this late at night, Jake used his quick reflexes and used his lightning to attack the supposed attacker. But the assailant was quicker in their feet as they grabbed Jake's arm and swung him over their shoulder, causing him to land in a heap on the ground.
"You thought you were slick with that one, did you?" The figure asked. "Unfortunately, you still have a long way to go."
Jake looked up to see who had brought him down. It was a tall male figure with blue hair, blue eyes, and was wearing a black shirt, a dirt brown jacket, grey pants, a black belt with a silver buckle with an 'M' on it, a chain necklace, and brown goggles on top of his head. He also had bandages on his right wrist and his whole left arm was replaced with a metal arm.
"What the heck?" Jake asked. "Who're you?"
"I knew you'd ask that." The blue haired man said. "But I'm not gonna tell you anything. I'm just here to get back home."
"Back home?" Jake asked. "Do you not live in New York?"
"No, I do." The blue haired man said. "It's just. . . it's complicated."
Jake just sighed as he used his free hand to grab a hold of the man's thigh.
"What the hell?" The blue haired man said.
Jake then sent a large lighting bolt through his arm and shot it through the man's leg, causing him to cry out in pain and fall backwards.
Jake then stood up, charged with lightning and aimed his power at the blue haired man.
