Alastor was released from the hospital a day later despite it being a bad idea but the doctors couldn't care less if he was insisting on it. He was now back in the pride ring, he first checked up on Husk to see if him almost dying would have broken the soul contract. " Hello there Husker! " he said bothering the already bothered bartender.

" You know I wish you actually died " the cat said frowning at this deer man " Haha! Still as grumpy as ever " he commented before he summoned the green chain and yanked on it. Husk was startled and confused " Hey-! As much as I hate you, I didn't do anything! " He defended himself as he taken ahold of the chain to prevent himself from choking.

Alastor glared at him for a while, a radio static was loudly playing before he changed into a happy smile and let go of him " Ah! I know that. I was just wondering if our deal was still there! " he said in a cheery tone as Husk was holding his neck. " Why the fuck on me? You could have tried it with Niffty."

" Because that little doll would still follow my orders despite not owning her soul. Also it's fun to  mess with you! " Husk just glared at him, grumbling a bit " Anyways! Keep doing your work kitty " he patted his head before he melted to the shadows and Husk was visibly disgusted at the gesture.

He teleported at the balcony where he was later confronted by Charlie. " Hey.. Pa! Hi.. " she greeted sheepishly, she was still not used having him around after that entire year. " Why hello to you too Charlie! Oh how I missed you! " he said patting her head a bit, the girl giggled a bit before she frowned.

She sighed and looked out to the pentagram " You know... This year that you were gone.. You missed out a lot.. " she mentioned. The radio demon looked at her as his interest was piqued. " The hotel has been doing great... I think I really caught heaven's attention this time! I'm not that sure though- but anyways " she turned around and let her back lean against the railings.

" I am happy you are back Alastor.. I've missed you and I know Damien did.. " She said, smiling at something " Speaking of Damien where is he? " Alastor asked, Charlie knelt down and picked up seemingly something invisible only for it to reveal that it was Damien, who was laughing at how "sneaky" he was.

" Ah! There you are little fawn! " Alastor said as he picked up Damien off of Charlie " You sure you should take him..? I heard you just got out of the hospital- " she questioned being worried and how in hell did he even get released in the first place.

" Don't worry too much Charlie I'll be fine " he reassured him, Damien was amazed and glad to see his papa was moving and not being completely still in a hospital bed. " Papa! You are finally awake!! " he said happily before he hugged him.

" Uh Damien! Be careful now pa just woke up- " She warned him waving her arms a bit. Well Damien never really listened instead he just hugged him tighter.

Fews weeks has passed ever since and yet those two idiots haven't actually communicated well, Lucifer was thinking that he may be losing feelings and Alastor was thinking that it was too late to say anything. They were in the lobby sitting far away from each other, Alastor was on his usually chair and Lucifer was on the couch.

Charlie soon later entered the room nervous as she face planted on the couch, grumbling about something, it was because heaven offered her one last meeting to prove the possibility of redemptions and that is where they decided to agree or to crush that dream forever. It was a chance she was willing to take but it was risky.
