Girls' screams filled the Leonardo da Vinci airport as &TEAM members made their way to their gate. Jo was basically fighting for his life. Since he was way too shy to say anything, he let fans touch his body and pull him by the clothes he was wearing. Soon enough, a big group of girls surrounded him, not leaving Jo any space to escape and pick up his friends pace again. He felt his heart beat quicken as he quietly gasped for the air, feeling weight on his chest becoming even heavier. He was looking around for security, hoping someone would come and help him, but not even muscular man that were supposed to take care of them could push through the crowd.
"Jo, come on!" K's deep voice cut the loud screams of the girls. He made his way through the fans, gently grabbing few girls by their shoulders and moving them a side. He finally approached his team member, taking a hold of his soft hand, intertwining their fingers so he doesn't loose the grip on Jo's hands when they start pushing through their fans. An audible sigh of relief escaped Jo's lips as K started leading him through the mass of blaring teen girls.
After what it felt like an eternity for Jo, the two of them finally made their way to private gate. They speed walked down the moving stairs, moving towards the big glass door that lead to the runway of Rome's airport.
"What happened?" Fuma asked, gazing up from his phone and his Pokémon Go app.
Jo bent down slightly, resting sweaty palms on his knees as he tried to catch his breath. His chest was still going up and down like crazy as he tried to answer, but no words left his mouth.
"They literally surrounded him!" K explained since his breathing was more even than Jo's, who was still going through a small panic attack. Their friend just nodded along with others before returning all of his attention back to the game, hoping a rare Pokémon would finally appear on his screen.
After waiting for Jo to return to his old self, group made it's way to their private jet. Everyone took their seats, including Jo, who was still panting a little, and K, who sat across him in the back of the plane.
Both of them made themselves at home since this flight will was about to take over 12 hours to arrive in Tokyo. K manspreaded in his seat, that was covered in white leather, while Jo curled up in a small ball as he connected his phone to the newest edition of Beats Wireless headphones. He opened Spotify Premium before choosing a playlist. He leaned in his comfy seat as he closed his eyes, letting his body completely relax under the soft beats of the music.
Few moments later, Jo felt his mind slowly, but surely drift off to sleep. This world tour was very exhausting for him. And his team, of course. They left their hometown over two and a half months ago to perform in over 53 cities around the world and he felt more homesick than ever! Even though he already was absent for this long period of time, something, actually someone, was making him miss his routine in Japan.
As his mind was leaving his body unhurriedly, a vibration of his phone, followed by notification sound almost made him jump up from his seat. He opened his eyes, his hand flying to his chest, smacking it lightly. He definitely wasn't expecting this to happen. He instantly furrowed his eyebrows when he realized someone has disturbed his peace. He looked down at his lap where his phone was, his dark gaze immediately softening when he read your name on his lock screen.
He rapidly took his hands out of the pockets of his white hoodie, grabbing his phone before unlocking it and opening your chat.
