Older Brother?

" STAY BACK! "

He knew he was the weakest of the cards and that he stood no chance against the king of spades

"Finn... Will you kill your own older brother?"

Even though he knew that, here he was pointing his gun towards the man in front of him.

He was not willing to accept it. He felt sure that the man was not his older brother, but feelings and reality were different. The newfound memories told him otherwise.

Tilt and Flann were the same person.He was also the man called Apple, who he had gotten closer to without even realising it himself.

Flann was slowly nearing towards him,hands stretched out , wearing a look of amusement on his face. It was as if he was trying to calm down a frightened kitten, but his eyes betrayed the deep, hidden feelings he held for him

Feelings that a brother should never have...

" Finn "

The way he called him out was enough to make the small figure turn into a shaking mess

Before he could say a word, the gun was snatched out of his hands. He was getting lightheaded from all the running, and getting his locked out memories forcefully pulled out made it feel like someone had hit his head with a hammer

" Why....why are you doing this? "

" What do you mean, Finn? Don't you want to be with me? We are Family "

Talking to Flann was getting him nowhere. He had to get out now. The door was just nearby. If he tried, he could make it, but he was sure Flann wasn't gonna let things be that easy.

As if Flann already knew what he was thinking, he pushed him to the wall , holding him by his wrist right after dropping the gun and kicking it out of both of their reach.
If it was any other time, Finn would have just made his gun resurface, but not now, not when he himself knew he could never bring himself to pull the trigger
A part of him has already accepted that the weilder of king of spades , the one holding the power of black knight, was his older brother

" Ugh.. LET GO OF ME. "

His head was spinning, and the photos of him on the wall Flann had taken while stalking him were getting pressed against his back

" You were just thinking of running to the door, weren't you? Why would you want to do something as foolish as that, Finn? You can leave your pretend family now that you have met me, your REAL family. We can both stay together here, and you won't need to fight anymore. "

".....who"

Who the heck are you? He couldn't find the trace of his sweet and kind older brother in the twisted face right before him. He couldn't voice out his thoughts , his throat felt dry, and his eyes were closing against his will. The hands on his wrist tightened to the point of leaving a bruise. Right before he lost his consciousness, he heard his brother whispering by his ear

" Finn, remember the promise you made to me when you were a kid?"

" We will be together forever. "

Those words were the beginning of his endless nightmare and the shackles to his freedom.
