Rin had planned a movie date and asked isagi about a week ago if he wanted to go along with it. Of course isagi agreed.
He was excited, he loved movies after all. He instantly regrettedthe decision when Rin rocked up to his house with two movie tickets to one of the scariest movies he's ever heard of.
He was ready to go all excited and now he wanted to hide or pretend to be sick. Isagi was no good with scary movies. He wasn't good with gore, jump scares or anything scary.
But he had already agreed so he had to go. With tears in his eyes, he and Rin found a seat in the theatre.
Rin had been trying to convince isagi to watch scary movies with him but every time he got rejected. No matter how much he begged or offered to isagi he would always get shot down.
But now here he was, sitting with isagi in a theatre watching a scary movie.
Rin really just wanted isagi to watch a scary movie with him because he hoped he would get s scared that he wouldn't leave his side, at least no for a while.
So Rin's goal was to make isagi as scared as possible.
Isagi was already shaking in his seat as he stared at the large screen. He looked as stiff as a rock as he was not ready for the jump scare that popped up on the screen minutes later.
Isagi jumped in his seat and gasped. His face one of fear and fright as he covered his mouth with his hand.
He really wasn't enjoying this date so far as Rin had even laughed at him! But what isagi wondered was how Rin could sit somewhere and watch a movie like this with a straight face.
To Isagi his seat was not comfortable and this was not an exciting date at all. But to Rin he was very amused and barely paid attention to the movie.
His eyes kept taking glancing at isagi practically being glued to him he whole time. His cute expressions and jumps when he got scared were everything to Rin.
He couldn't help but chuckle in amusement. The movie continued and isagi continued to jump and make small gasps in his seat as he thinks this to be the worst date they've been in together.
But Rin thinks otherwise, thinking it's one of the best dates they've been on. Better wording, the best date he's been on.
The last part of the movie was coming up. Isagi put his hood over his head and covered his mouth with his jumper.
First the creature came out of nowhere making isagi jump and flinch, then it attacked the main character taking a piece out of the man's side.
As the scene played Rin grabbed at Isagi's rib caged right where the character had gotten attacked.
This seemed to push isagi over the limit. Luckily, Rin had his hand ready to cover his mouth for when he screamed.
Isagi screamed against Rin's hand, muffling the loud sound to a quieter one. Isagi shook like a leaf against Rin's grip.
Rin hummed in delight and leaned in, nibbling his earlobe as he soothingly rubbed his side.
"Is it that scary, yoichi?" Rin asked in a low voice. Isagi shakily turned and face Rin as he nodded.
"Yes it is!" He whispered back in an angry tone. Rin laughed in his ear. His voice calmed isagi down and his touch was comforting, but he was mad at him for doing that.
Isagi crossed his arms and looked away from Rin angrily as the lights to the theatre turned back on.
Rin decided to play with him, knowing isagi would be clinging to him for the rest of the night scared. "Okay, I'm going then, find your own way home in the dark."
Isagi froze and turned around, quickly standing up and reaching for Rin's hand. He immediately locked their fingers and clung onto Rin's arm. "I'm coming!" He said, voice shaky.
Rin tried to hide his smile but couldn't. He was too happy.
On the walk home isagi whined and complained about never wanting to do anything like that again. But Rin had already planned to do it soon.
Isagi didn't let go of Rin's arm nor did he loosen it, he was way to scared to even leave his touch.
Once they got to Isagi's house Isagi asked Rin if he wanted to stay over. Rin smiled happily knowing why isagi asked and hesitantly agreed just put isagi on the edge of going absolutely crazy.
Isagi didn't get in the bath by himself and Rin didn't mind getting in with him. In fact he was glad to.
Rin basically lived at Isagi's house with the amount of his stuff that was there. He had more of his stuff at Isagi's house than his own.
Rin got dressed and the two of them spent the rest of the night cuddling and stealing small kisses from each other. Isagi didn't leave Rin once and Rin didn't want him to either way.
