Chapter Fourteen

A car stopped in Hongdae a decent area in the city of Seoul to live not of the upper-class people but for the people who make a good amount of money. A man stepped out of the car and stood in front of his house thinking all of the things that has happened today, he knows what he is about to do is very dangerous and can cost his career or worse his life also but he cannot just sit and do nothing. So, he let out a long sigh and started putting the passcode.

As soon as he entered the house the house seemed quiet, too quiet. Normally his wife will be cooking and his kids would be bickering among them but today there was nothing like that and he felt a shiver crawl up his spine and he hurriedly removed his shoes and went inside where he saw his family sitting on the couch and he released a sigh of relief.

"Why are you all so silent? You scared me" he asked but he got no response from his family but saw  them being scared. He furrowed his eyebrows opening his mouth to ask what happened when he heard a voice and then dread filled his whole body.

"You came very late Mr Lee I have been waiting for quite a sometime now"

Mr Lee tuned around towards the chair and saw Jeon Jungkook sitting there. He started sweating badly thinking if the devil got to know about the things he did already. But, he cannot show his fear to the man cause then he will be caught so he decided to act oblivious.

"Mr Jeon welcome w-why didn't you tell me you were going to come I would have made proper arrangements for you" he said bowing politely.

"u-uhm I just wanted to meet to in person to discuss some things so I just came and also I wanted to meet your lovely family" the doe eyed male said leaning against the chair casually smirking at the trembling male.

"S-sure Mr Jeon lets talk in the backyard" he said and escorted the young businessman to his backyard praying to all gods to save him.

Now standing in the backyard he saw his boss eyeing his property and then he turned towards him "You have a very lovely home Mr Lee and the property is very beautiful" the doe eyed male said giving a small smile to the older man. This made the older man to relax a little bit thinking that Jungkook doesn't know anything so he confidently said "Thank you Mr Jeon this is the house that I always wanted for myself and my family, so you can say that I am living my dream right now"

This made the doe eyed male chuckle sightly and he looked at the older man "That is so nice Mr Lee you are living your dream must feel great isn't it"? he asked

"It does Mr Jeon" he said smiling slightly. Just as the words got out of his mouth, he watched the expression on his boss darkening with jaw clenched and eyes turning cold and he felt the same shiver run down his spine

"Yet you decided to try sabotage my dream right Mr Lee" he asked looked straight into the man's eyes as if trying to look into his soul. The older man wanted to deny yet he felt as if his tongue froze and he can't do anything about it so he just shook his head which made the doe eyed male to let out a scoff.

The young businessmen looked around the property one more time and asked "Say Mr Lee what if I burned this place down with your family in it"

The said man fell onto his knees "Please Mr Jeon don't do this I beg you I am sorry I.. "

"When you are here living your dream yet you tried to crush mine" he tuned to look at the kneeling man and said "You tried to ruin my plan which would lead me to my ultimate dream my Taehyung and YOU WANT ME TO FORGIVE YOU?" he yelled getting angry

Only he knows how he is stopping himself to not kill this man right here who had dared to come between him and Taehyung, but he knows his Taehyung won't like him to kill someone so he stayed put but that does not mean he won't do anything.
