7. Engaged & date

Sakshi generally spoke with Ragini.
And Shagun stood being unwanted and Sanskar turns to vikranth who was watching Ram and Shekhar speak.
Vikrant looks at him:what happened?
Sanskar:I kinda doubt. Is this for real?
Vikrant:what?
Sanskar:she is Ragini. My interest all these days.
Vikrant nods and then realised what he actually told:you mean the same Ragini who rejected you in 3 different ways. Your first Love?!
Sanskar: slow down.
Vikrant controls his smile: Congratulations.
He pats Sanskar's shoulder.
Sanskar left out a breath with a smile:did she know whom she was meeting?
Vikrant: whatever it is... But now don't leave this wonderful opportunity. And first of all impress your father-in-law!!!

Ram:Sanskar..
Sanskar looks at him and moved to him.
Shekhar smiles at him and forwards his hand to him. Sanskar shakes his hand to him. And he bends to take his blessings.
Shekhar smiles blessing him.
Vikrant:got into the character sanskar?
He smiles nodding his head.
Sanskar looks at Ram with a smile.
Ram smiles back blinking his eyes.

Shagun was avoiding to speak. She didn't even wanted to look at Ragini.
Sakshi noticed it but she continued to speak with Ragini, some or other things so Ragini doesn't notice it.
Sakshi speaks with saroj, Ragini's bua.
Ragini turns towards Sanskar. He was smiling and talking with Shekhar.

Shekhar:I actually didn't know that you work together with Ragini. It was Ragini who told me just when we were coming here.
'so she knew. It wasn't a surprise for her like me' he thought within myself.

Sakshi: bhaisahab... Hame tho aapki beti bohot acchi lagi..
Shagun was irritated with all this she grabs water bottle on the table there and drinking.even then she couldn't swallow water properly.
Vikrant noticed her action he moved to her and drags her along with him without anyone's notice.

Shekhar smiles:hame bhi..
Sanskar smiles.. really today his happiness had no bounds. But wait, again she won't reject him right? Or will she ask him to reject. She he shouldn't feel happy now.

Ram:I think they both should talk and decide.
Shekhar:of course.
Sakshi:Sanskar..we will be here. You take Ragini along with you.
They look at each other.

While on the other side Vikrant:Shagun..behave yourself.
Shagun:what did I do now?
Vikrant:I could see how you are reacting.even they could notice too.
Shagun:so what?mujhe nahi acche Lage woh log.
Vikrant left out a breath:I do not want to argue here. Anyway you should know that .. Sanskar likes this girl Ragini. She works in his team.
Shagun looks on.
Vikrant: so you don't do something in which he have to suffer.
He walks away...
Shagun just fists her hand in anger.

Sanskar and Ragini were walking in the garden.
Sanskar:Ragini.. I didn't knew it was you. Trust me!!!
Ragini:even I got to know it today. Just sometime back. My brother showed me your picture. That's when ...
Sanskar:oh...

Sanskar bites his lower lip:now things reached here.are you okay with it?
Ragini:I wouldn't have come here if I was not okay with it.
She smiles looking at him while he turns nodding with a smile.
Sanskar:if you told me that you wanted an arranged marriage. You could have told me...You know we could...
Ragini interrupts:I... Then didn't think of you in such a way. You were my inspiration. You are my boss. May be you may not know I was dying to join your team. Admired you whenever you passed in front of me. You were like the star whom I couldn't reach. Not only me if anyone in my position who considered you as an idol, they would never want their name to be in the same line. Then How could I even think to date you?
Sanskar turns facing her.
Ragini: you have actually changed my life. If you didn't encourage me to join your team I could have never...... But all these in my professional life. You were never in my personal life until you asked me to date. But now...
Sanskar:now?
Ragini: it's changed... I don't know if I am doing right or ..
He smiles interrupting her:will you date me now?
She looks at him with a smile.
Sanskar:umm no... How about(after a long pause... she was looking at him!)Let's get engaged and date?
He forwards his hand to her.
Ragini looks at his hand: engaged...???
Sanskar:Yes, Engaged. I know no matter what, I know who is my soulmate!!!
Ragini:you should consider it. You don't personally know me...
Sanskar:no issues...
He brings his hand closer asking for her hand again.
She placed her hand on his hand.
That's when Rohit came there:Dii ..
Ragini immediately takes her hand back.
Rohit smiles:they asked me to call you, if you are done talking...?!
Sanskar:yeah.. let's move then..
He smiles turning to her.
Rohit with a teasing smile moves to Ragini.as Sanskar took few steps ahead.
Rohit mutters:holding hands and all???
Ragini covers his mouth.
While he laughed pushing her hands away. And she just continuously hits him. That's when Sanskar turns and she just acts straighting her hair looking other side.
Rohit controls his laughter.
Sanskar: let's go..
Rohit smiles:yeah..sure..
He moves from there.
Ragini moves.she was really nervous now.
Obviously holding his hand just for 0.9 seconds gave her so many chills and cold in her body.
They walk for some distance. Her cheeks really burned to the level she can't tolerate but still she controlled
Sanskar turns to her.
Feeling his gaze it was getting intolerable now that she had to turn to avoid his gaze.
Sanskar smiles.

All of them were waiting.

Both moved to their respective families.

Shekhar:Ragini,what is your reply?
Rohit:what will be her reply they were holding...
She glares him...
While he laughed
Ragini:papa he is mad.dont listen to him. Aisa kuch nahi hai..
Shekhar smiles: they were asking for the engagement today. In fact they are prepared.they even called priest to fix the wedding date.
Ragini looks at him.
Shekhar:Mera Mann keh raha tha aisa hi kuch hoga.. so I got this with me..
He forwards the box which had ring.
Shekhar: it's solely prepared by your dadi which was the wish of your mother.

Sakshi smiles:kya..
As Sanskar was smiling continuously and brushing his hair or either face palming or nodding his head.
Ram:see.. sometimes sharing with parents helps.
Sanskar smiles and he hugs his father who was in wheelchair.
He kneels in front of him holding his hand:Thank you so much dad.
Ram smiles caressing his hair.
Sakshi smiles admiring them.
Vikrant:Sanskar.. enough I feel like sending you off to your in-laws.
Sanskar:I ain't going to get annoyed today you can tell me anything. I would return it with my smile.
Vikrant:ohhh...
Ram:Thank Karan. He has major hand in all these..
Sanskar smiles:of course..
He looks at Shagun who was sitting silently there:what happened to her?meri khushi usse bardasht nahi ho rahi..Aisa mujhe lag raha hai..
Shagun:Shut up... I feel sad for her. Since she is taking you in without knowing how irritating you are.
Vikrant smiles looking at her.
While she looks at him and smiles back.
Vikrant: that's so right...but do you know he is into impressing them today with good boy stuff.
Sanskar:I am good. It's not about impressing.

He was driving back..
He looks at the ring in his ring finger of left hand.
He smiles. Its the unforgettable moments of an unforgettable day.
His phone was connected to music system when Karan calls him.
Karan sings: congratulations... And celebrations... Kya yaar engagement kar li and didn't even think to inform me.
Sanskar:sorry but Thank you.
Karan:okay never mind. Are you happy now?
Sanskar:ahm...happy, excited and relieved.
Karan:hmm..

Ragini had changed into a night dress she looks at the rings in her hands. She usually likes rings but today especially the ring that got her engaged to him was more special to her.
She was turning and twisting her ring finger with her ring.
She was getting crazy for sure.
She have to face him daily. Can she act normal as currently she is acting like a lovesick teenager.
And her phone flashed his name "Sanskar sir"
She was nervous now. It's not like those professional calls.
Ragini recieved it.
Sanskar:did you reach?
Ragini:yes.
Sanskar:I would reach in another half an hour. Just stopped for a refreshment.
Ragini didn't knew what to reply after that..
Sanskar: our wedding is fixed after 8 months. So...
He didn't continue further.
Ragini:so?
She was unusually nervous.
Sanskar: let's utilise time and grow our relationship.
She smiles: let's do it!!!
